How can this happen, you ask - well according to MediaTakeOut.com's MOST TRUSTED snitch - Rihanna has agreed to "speak to the [prosecutor's] on Chris' behalf." The snitch continued, “Rihanna doesn’t want this to go any further, she will be speaking to [prosecutors] and - if need be – admit to her part in the [incident].”
And it gets better. Another person close to the case told MediaTakeOut.com that Chris Brown and prosecutors are EXTREMELY close to a plea deal. According to that insider, Chris would plead “no contest” to misdemeanor domestic battery and receive NO JAIL TIME.

According to media sources , She told the police Chris choked and threaten to kill her, but she never file for a restrainting order. I wasn't gonna comment on this but I think this needs to be said...
First things first. I would never put my hands on my guy...although we've had some pretty heated arguments where some not so nice things have been said on both sides I would never cross that line and put my hands on him...Not just just because I know he's the kind of guy that would never hit me back...but just for the fact that its plain wrong and it ain't gone solve ***.
Most of the time, I'll walk away because i believe that once an argument get's to a certain point...I need physical space immediately...THIS IS NORMAL...EITHER PERSON PUTTING THEIR HANDS ON THE OTHER IS NOT NORMNAL.
Here's soME facts for yall. 1) Everyone has thier own brain and as such are entitled to their own thoughts and opnions. 2) If my man ever for one split second put his hands on me in an act of violence I would be gone before the next blink...period. Women have to understand the physchology of a man who puts his hands on a woman. There's a whole lifetime of training that you as a non professional cannot undo. If he hits his hands on you one time, he WILLLLL hit you again because a) he is unable to express himself verbally so he does so physically b) His has issues that stem from his relationship with an abusive/chastising mother or c) He is insecure in his manhood/intellect/abilities and feels threatened by an opinionated woman.
3) I know yall notice that there are some guys who are so quick to generalize all women and say we are either this or that like it is so black and white...The reality is that some men will only attract a certain type of woman to themselves and vice versa. Unhealthy people attract other unhealthy people. Others know the signs of unhealthy persons when they see them and avoid them at all costs. Simply put...some guys willl never have a decent woman because a decent woman would never concider them as an appropriate partner. Same with distructive females...they will never be able to hold on to a good man forever.
4) Beating your mate is about power...not love. It has everything to do with how you feel about yourself, not about the other person. People who feel the need to beat on other people (NOT IN SELF DEFENSE) are lacking something within themselves.
5) People who love themselves do not subject themselves to beatings. They do not condone them, make excuses for them or stick around to receive them on a constant basis. The question is not how much do I love the other person but how much do I love myself? People with good self esteem are not prone to abuse. My belief is that if my man TRULY loves me...he would neither beat nor cheat on me...therefore i do not accept anything less. When you love yourself desperation is not a factor in your decision to choose a partner because you have no problem being on your own if the other person is not right for you

The other day when some cops beat the stuffing out of a black man at the gas pump because he refused to lay down like a punk and take his beating (they said he was resisting arrest) there was an out-cry in the community saying that there was excess force used on the part of the police. Black people were outraged!
Now here we have a case of a guy using excessive force to 'SUBDUE' his 5 foot 2, 115 pound girlfriend and all yall can do is point the finger at her and say she was wrong and provoked him?
Did Rodney King provoke the police when he led them on a high speed chase and refused to pull over for miles and miles? Wasn't he wrong for supposedly driving drunk in the first place? That still didn't stop everyone from believing that excessive force was used in his case.
