: MediaTakeOut.com just caught wind that the detective who interviewed Rihanna after the assault had his notes leaked to the press. Here's how FOX 11 in Los Angeles is reporting it:
A MESS!!!Rihanna read a three-page text message on Brown's phone from a woman. An argument ensued and Brown allegedly tried forcing Rihanna out of the car but couldn't because she was wearing her seat belt. Brown then allegedly shoved Rihanna's head against the passenger window. When Rihanna turned to face him, Brown punched her, then continued punching her while driving Blood spattered all over Rihanna's clothing and in the interior of the car. Her mouth was filled with blood. Brown allegedly told Rihanna, "I'm going to beat the **** out of you when we get home. You wait and see." Rihanna called her assistant and left a message saying, "I am on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there." Brown then replied, "You just did the stupidest thing ever. I'm going to kill you." According to the report, Brown continued to punch Rihanna, bit her on her ear, her fingers and put her in a headlock -- she almost lost consciousness.

You can't even re-enact that scenerio if you tried. It's impossible. I can punch, slam, bite, choke, and slap some one while I am driving without her fighting back. Then have an intermission so she can make a call? I know she puched and smacked him when she went through his phone. He was probably trying to fight her azz off and it got out of hand. Regardless of HOW it all started…Chris Brown beat Rihanna, there is no denying the blood evidence in the car, on her clothes and the leaked photo. Did she hit Chris? Maybe…but for a guy with supporters suggesting he was defending himself he certainly came out of that fight unharmed. Heat of passion? I was dating a guy a while back and I picked up his phone and he said, "What are you doing?" I said " I just want to look at your pictures on here". Low and behold he went smooth off, and I believe if I wouldn't have given him his phone back he was about to hit me. Here's the thing, I wasn't acting like "I want to see if you got other females on here, or tripping being jealous". It was totally innocent. We were driving somewhere and I was bored so I was going to look at his phone pics to pass time. The only pics I have on my phone are pics of me, my son, our dog and random nonsense, so if he had been looking at my pics on my phone, No BIG DEAL, I have nothing to hide, I wouldn't have even cared.
I was done with him after that, because he was about to hit me. I was thinking, "You know what, if you're hiding something so intense that you would actually hit me over it, I can't trust you and if I can't trust you I can't be with you.
I pulled a Rihanna and got out of the car and chucked the phone across the street and made a run for it while he went chasing after it (lol) I wasn't stickin around for the azz beatin that might have followed.
The lesson is don't touch a mans phone and if you do make sure they don't know about it.

If you were addressing me first off, I made mention that this story could be fabricated. And, I correlated this story w/ her pic as GRAPHIC, which they are. Secondly, they’re in the public eye, so NO they will not be left alone. If it was all good for them to gain publicity walking around errrday generating publicity when they were “happy” it’s all good now. Detectives originally attempted to turn over the case last month, but prosecutors requested more evidence to build as close to a slam-dunk case as they could.
In the meantime, the court has granted an LAPD search warrant for Brown's cell phone records. The department is seeking the records as part of their investigation into the criminal threats to check his "call history, text messages, voicemail and any outgoing calls" for information.
According to an affidavit filed by Det. De Shon Andrews, the incident between the singers was sparked when Rihanna "picked up Brown's phone and observed a three-page text message from a women who Brown had a previous sexual relationship" with.
Per Andrews, Brown then attempted to force Rihanna out of the car, which he was unable to do due to the fact that she was still wearing her seatbelt. Instead, he shoved her face into the passenger side car window, thus causing one-inch raised circular contusions.
According to the affidavit, Brown also allegedly punched Rihanna in her left eye and continued punching her while steering the car, ultimately biting her left ear and fingers and putting her in a headlock, "causing her to be unable to breathe and she began to lose consciousness. She began attempting to gauge his eyes in an attempt to free herself."
"The assault caused Robyn F.'s mouth to fill with blood and blood to spatter all over her clothing and the interior of the vehicle," Andrews said.
Per the detective, Rihanna attempted to phone her assistant but was unable to get through so instead pretended to talk to her for Brown's benefit, saying, "I'm on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there."
It was at that point Brown allegedly replied, "You just did the stupidest thing ever. Now I'm really going to kill you." ----------
