: MediaTakeOut.com has just learned that Kanye West caught a case ... 4 cases to be exact. According to TMZ, Kanye and his best pal were charged in Los Angeles for vandalism and battery - in connection with their run in with the paparazzi at Los Angeles airport last year.
Here's how its being reported:
Kanye West has just been charged with three criminal misdemeanors -- vandalism, battery, and grand theft -- in connection with the camera-smashing incident at LAX.The L.A. City Attorney has also charged Don Crowley, Kanye's manager, with the following crimes -- two counts of vandalism, two counts of battery and two counts of grand theft.
I guess they wanna press charges now huh???? Well I saw that *** an they was trying that man so to me he had every right ,but I wish he wouldn't have fell for that b.s. Re: Paparrazzi, I like to read gossip but not at the cost of someone else's liberty. Most of the paparazzi behave like disgusting vultures, who need to be locked up. "Freedom of the Press" should not infringe on anyone's right to privacy, most of these paparazzi would call the Police if they were stalked by strangers, yet they do it for a pay check! This is why I feel sorry for celebs. I understand that the paps come with the territory but it hs gone too far. Did you see them gang up on the octomom IN HER GARAGE?! That's too much. Myself, as a civilian, could be walking down the street. If a 'random man' was taking pictures of me, I could call the cops (where I live) and they'd come out and ask why he was taking pics. Depending on the ***, they may even confiscate the film. When PERSONAL SPACE is constantly breached, a person will react. Sorry, I'm on his side. It has nothing to do with the death of his mother.

He got hit with misdemeanors. They're not going to jail. It took them 6 months to charge him, not go to court, but charge him! That's garbage. Stop trying to make it bigger than it really is.
The Paps have too many rights. They *** have half of the rights that they do. They endanger lives, break into private property and other foul mess. I loved that movie Paparazzi. Cole Howard's character got with those Paps in that movie.
