I hope you get some black folks in your organization because we get the feeling that it's ok to donate to your organization, but the staff really doesn't want to hear from you otherwise if you're black. Some are down right MEAN if you are black!!!
She is so classy. Alicia has always been about giving back to young people, and people in need. I have gobs of respect for her! Keep on keepin' on sista.
This is why I never believed the whole Swizz Beats thing. I don't think Alicia would ever do something as triflin' as breaking up a marriage. I think she has too much integrity for that...well at least I would hope so.
yes, beauty with brains, but she's attracted to women and that doesn't qualify her for a beauty-with-brains-heterosexual woman, which what is not rarely seen. most ***'s go through a ton of struggle and end-up a lot stronger and smarter as individuals. anyway, i like alicia keys as a person but sometimes her voice doesn't seem steady except in "love me like you'll never c me..." anyway, i noticed that she was tooth-and-grin towards Michelle Obama who was not making much eye-contact after their meeting. I wondered...if Michelle was tuning out Alicia...then I figured Alicia recently posed as Michelle usign high yellow girls...could that have affected Michelle's lack of eye-contact with AK?

So one mention the alleged affair between her and swiss beatz.When one thinks about it always been speculation about Alicia keys batting for the same team, then that whole alleged swiss beatz affair then people stop wondering and calling her skank. Now I think it was all to get the heat of wondering about her,hm..... That's sad tho that people can't be themselves but then again they knew they couldn't be themselves before they got into the industry.
