: MediaTakeOut.com just got an EXPLOSIVE report. According to a new AUTOBIOGRAPHY of a street goon named David Collins, his Harlem gang kidnapped Bobby Brown in 1993 – and extorted his then wife Whitney for 400 STACKS!!
Here’s how the National Enquirer is reporting things:
Preacher [the leader of the notorious Preacher Crew Gang] knew that Bobby frequented a certain Manhattan nightclub and sent three of his henchmen to kidnap Brown. One of Preacher’s crew plied Bobby with high-grade cocaine, according to the book. Bobby wanted to buy some more, and Preacher’s henchmen said there was more to be had in the Bronx …And it gets better. When Preacher, the gang’s leader, finally came down to see the bound Bobby, here’s how dude was acting:Bobby was led to an apartment on the fifth floor. Guns were drawn, and when a terrified Bobby tried to run, a gang member knocked him out with one punch.
When he awoke, Bobby was naked and ho-tied, his mouth stuffed with a rag.”
Bobby begged for his life and claimed that Whitney would pay his debt.So what did Whitney do. Well according to the Enquirer – she put on her wig, hopped in her Rolls and brought a duffle bag filled with $400,000 to the stash house.The Preacher left the room, and his henchmen then terrorized Bobby for two hours. They kicked him They threatened to kill Whitney. Another put a gun to Bobby’s head.
Bobby was weeping … begging Preacher to call Whitney.

Whateva. That was Bobby on the phone holding a gun to himself and asking for the money. He initially asked her for the money and she turned him down, so he came up with this "original" idea to fake a kidnapping. Unfortunately it didn't work because the kidnapper kept grinding his teeth when he spoke and his plan failed.

It's called hood tax, and no it is not new. It has been going on since way back.. Frank Sinatra's son was kidnapped, and many other celebrities, and wealthy people have been snatched up for ransom, that have gone unreported.
Here in Miami, many celebrities have to pay hood tax. Cities like Detroit, NYC, Chicago, D.C hood tax must be payed, before every performance by some performers, and promoters.
And in some cities, celebs are even hood taxed, just for living in that particular city. If they refuse to pay, or run, someone in their family will come up missing, or worse.
That is why many entertainers, are cancelling performances in certain cities, and countries.
In Mexico, entertainers have to ride around in tanks, and employ military personnel to protect them. Unfortunately for them, some of the very people they employ, will be the one's that in turn end up kidnapping them, or their love ones for ransom.
And certain factions do not play. They cut off body parts, and send them to the victims families, if they are slow with the cash. This happens in Mexico to entertainers all most ever other week. Just a few months ago, a Mexican rapper was beheaded, because his people couldn't come up with the ransom demands.
This is old school stuff, it's just that back then it was not reported.
And now with the economy in such ruin, you are going to see a lot more celebs in this country being kidnapped, extorted, and killed, if they do not comply with the wishes of certain factions, that truly run the streets, and the prisons.
The I.R.S may but you in jail for not paying your taxes. However, not paying hood taxes can get you, your love ones tortured to death.

There is hood tax being payed out by certain entertainers, and sport stars, that are so high, they can't even afford to pay the government their tax.
But again, most would rather take their chances with the government, than to take their chances, with some of these particular street tax men. Some of these street tax collectors, will even go after wives, and children.
A few celebs will report this type of extortion to the Feds, but most don't, in fear that the Feds won't be able to fully guarantee their safety. And they would be right in their assumptions.
Because although you may get a couple of these individuals locked up, you won't be able to lock up the one's that remain at large.
A real one, can run his from inside prison, and make arrangements for all types of heinous sh#t to happen to you, and yours on the outside.
The authorities will not be able to guarantee your safety, or the safety of your family. So most just quietly pay, and pay, and pay some more.
Street tax, is just a colloquial term for extortion. The Italian Mafia, invented this money making opportunity from way back it the days of old Italy. And it still works quite efficiently today. The rich have to pay taxes, some of them have to pay twice.
You see the ultimate war, will not be fought over religion, or any other seemingly obvious reasons.
No, the ultimate war will be fought between the (haves' and, the have- nots.) And since the have- nots, out number the wealthy by 1,000,000 to 1.

This must be a lie because promoters arent paying 40k to have Bobby perform so Whitney is a fool if she did pay..he would have had to take that L and I would have given him a proper funeral complete with a New Edition reunion with the money from the hefty insurance policy!
