As soon as he started driving, she started hitting with her hair brush WHILE DRIVING...... cars were blowing,, he was swirving, then he had to slap her good time. The cop took her side and people believe her, but it wasn't the case. In legal matters such as these, always listen to your lawyer. Got to be able to tell your side. By pleading guilty you dont get to tell your side of the story. Therefore his lawyer advised him correctly. Maybe he will be found guilty, maybe not, but at lease both sides of the story will be a part of public record. All we have at this time is her side, the medias side, and all of our sides, but not his side. To be fair he must be heard. I dont know what went on in that car other than what I have heard from evreybody except him. Based on that alone I know that there is more to this story than whats out there. I cant wait for the full story.

What he says makes perfect sense but thats not how the court system works. You dont say youre guilty even when you are. He wants to hear the words but in the justice system you dont say those words. In California, it goes by a 3 strikes law, so if you get 3 felonies, they can throw you in jail for years on end.... maybe your whole life.
