: Tyra Banks is in a world of trouble. MediaTakeOut.com told you last year that a deranged man was arrested outside her studio after stalking her for months.
The man, 39 year old Brady Green, stalked Tyra for months – and he’s know to be violent. Once, when Tyra’s assistant told Brady that Tyra wasn’t available to talk to him, Brady said, “You're f---ing lying, I'm going to find you and slit your throat.”
So you would think that a dangerous psycho like Brady would be off the streets right? WRONG!!!
MediaTakeOut.com has learned that prosecutors are only charging Brady with the lowest level stalking misdemeanor offense. In fact, if he’s convicted on ALL COUNTS, he’ll only have to spend 90 days in prison.
And why would prosecutors do such a thing. According to Brady’s lawyer’s it’s because Tyra is SO UNPOPULAR that she’d lose a jury trial. Here’s an excerpt from Brady’s lawyer’s court statements:

The lawyer is correct lots of people hate tyra because she insults the models on her show, and acts like she's all this perfect, meanwhile she is wearing those long wigs and have so much makeup on, on her show she instills in young girls to love themselves and be who they are,but the models she insults them if they talk different or have an accent. Tyra looks down on people that are not as famous and rich as her, she touches up people too much and she acts too childish for a big ass woman. I wont want the guy to kill her but if he slaps her she will deserve it.

I get what you are saying. If he was good-looking, he wouldn't be considered dangerous. When you are good-looking, people associate you with positive characteristics. Albeit, just because one looks good, doesn't mean they are "good." Also, women can still be beautiful at a older age. My mom and my friend's mom are about 45 or so, and they both are still beautiful-and naturally so. You just have to make sure you take care of yourself while you are young, so you don't look like a HAM when you are like 60,lol.
