Is it the way the person sings? Is it the way the person dances? Is it the personality in the individual? Is it the lyrics in the song? Is it the way you express your words when singing?

Are is it all the above?

For me I always prefer the way an artist express themselves when singing and the lyrical ability in the music that the artist writes. I really don't care how high a person sings or how well they dance. But I guess the majority is into that. But hey, to each is own!

Top 3 isn't a failure, maybe in a society where folks just care about being #1 but the whole mu-sick industry sales are down due to the recession- folks just don't have that disposable income to spend.

Alot of mu-sick today is just plain wack and full of symbolic Baphomet ideology from Country to Hip Hop(Hip Pop/rap in the mainstream) and everthing inbetween as you have to sell your soul and give up bodily control.

@Facts, 83k is good for Chrisette considering what she did in 2007 26k the first week, debuting at no. 29. 81k isn't all that good for Ciara. Where is her fanbase? She should have cleared at least 100k. She let old Keri Hilson get her at 94k and she is still going strong on billboard.

Why is everyone saying Ciara is trying to be something she's not. Ciara has always been SEXY from the moment she came on the seen. The only reason she did not wear heels before was because of Bow Wow. Once she got rid of his whack ***, she could do her. The way she hated on Jennifer Hudson shows just how selfish and stuck up she really is. Ciara is the baddest female in the game as far as looks and dancing, she has that on lock.

Ciara will be fine, her first 2 cds sold over 7 million copies that alone has surpassed Rihanna and Chrisette album sells off of all their albums combined. This album will be okay, and she won't have to RE-RELEASE it for it to platinum like a lot of other artist do.
