MTO, this is disgraceful to slander the dead. Prince Rainier did no such thing. The kid is not in the line of succession because he is illegitimate, not because his mother is black. If he were white, he still wouldn't be in line. Do you know of ANY monarchy that allows illegitimate heirs to ascend to the throne? This used to happen back in the days of Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn, but not anymore.
And if it's true that the kid cannot be in Albert's will, then I'm sure Albert has given the kid's mom tons of money, real estate, etc. to make sure his son is taken care of for life.
The only one that change the constitution is the Prince himself- he is the absolute ruler of Monaco. He can change the law in the future so his son could inherit the throne. His son Alexandre, however, and his half American sister(also illegitimate) are the sole heirs to Prince Alberts fortune, estimated at more than 5 Billion dollars.
Who picks these stories? This child can never rule. The Prince has already confirmed that he and mom will never marry which would be the only possible way that this child "MAY" rule one day. I saw this story on Good Morning America back 2005, and it was clearly stated that this child will NEVER be in line for prince because he was born out of wedlock. Unless they change laws within the next few years, this child won't be in line for the crown. Only children Prince Albert has with his WIFE will hold that honor.

Prince Albert has NEVER denied his son, on the contrary he was the one that made it public. However, one of the reasons why, is they were trying to prevent his succession to the throne because they he was unmarried and they believed he was ***. So he disclosed the fact he had an illegitimate son with an AFRICAN (MTO!!!) woman.
