: MediaTakeOut.com learned that yesterday a paparazzi photographer filed a lawsuit against Chris Brown - claiming the singer was involved in a violent incident on a Los Angeles basketball court back in March. The suit if for assault and battery, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and premises liability.
According to the legal papers, the photographer was trying to take a photo of Chris playing ball with his friends. And that’s when Chris bodyguards ALLEGEDLY yelled at him and then they, "picked him up by his shorts and physically assaulted him."
There’s one problem with this dude’s lawsuit – MediaTakeOut.com got its hands on a video taken of him IMMEDIATELY after the alleged assault. And dude is caught on tape saying that neither the bodyguards or Chris did anything to him. And that his injuries were HIS OWN FAULT.
DOOOH!!!

Chris didn't want to talk. And that everything that happened was his fault. He brags to photographers that "I was tying to do YOUR job" and then he brags about getting on the inside to get access to Chris HE CLEARLY STATES THAT CHRIS' BODYGUARDS WERE ONLY DOING THEIR JOB. Another photographer asks him "Was the broken leg necessary" to which he responds clearly: "THE BROKEN LEG WAS MY FAULT! I FELL. I WAS RUNNING DOWN THE STEPS AND I FELL.THAT WASN'T INCURRED DUE TO HIS BODYGUARD. THE BODYGUARDS WERE JUST DOING THEIR JOB".He even goes on to boast about the bodyguard's skill saying "If I ever hit the lottery I'm contacting that guy". When asked if he has any last words for Chris Brown he says, "Ay Chris man, sorry no big deal".
Most of the times white folks get away with this.

with Chris rep right now we would have believed the white dude. This dude was just trying to make a quick buck. Thank goodness we have cameras. I hate it when a person is a thief. They rob your money after you work for it.
