: MediaTakeOut.com just received some very sad news – Sheree was just put out her house. And she got pics of it all going down.
Bob was under court order to maintain ALL household expenses. He failed to do so. Nor did he offer to pay the child support that he had not paid going on almost two years. I met Sheila through Bob’s mom. (seem like at set too me) and we began to occasionally communicate regarding business around Oct 2008. I then received foreclosure notice (last wk in Dec) saying that my house would begin foreclosure on the date of Feb 3rd...What happened next is not clear. But MediaTakeOut.com has learned (via its pals over at FreddyO.com) that while Sheree fully expected to be able to retrieve the rest of her property - it appears as if Sheila TOOK POSESSION of the home – locked the doors and started removing Sheree’s stuff.Sheila offered to help saying this is what she does for some of her clients and could help facilitate things and allow us to remain in the house for at least six months as long as I continued to maintain the property, paid a set amount and make the property available for agents to show…
[Later] she called and said that the bank decided against my favor. And my kids and I needed to vacate the premises on March 6th instead of March 7th with all of my things in less than six days.
It was impossible to clear out a 10,000 sq foot house in this amount of time. I moved what I could and left on March 5th. On March 6th I sent people to meet Sheila with the keys to the house, because she said that she was meeting the realtor and the sheriff. She instructed my people not to remove anything else from the house. My people then left.
And there's more. MediaTakeOut.com learned that Sheree returned to the property a few days after March 5th and allegedly saw Sheila removing the stuff from her home. Sheree then took the attached photos.
This is a very sad reminder of the tough times that we’re in nowadays… Best of luck to Sheree and her family.
Err ummm, how was Bob not paying child support when you clearly stated on the show you r'cd alimony? TRUST that any man will write a check for his kids (CS) before he does so for his ex-wife (alimony). Also, buying over 5 pairs of $700+ shoes IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME....I'm not stupid Sheree.
It's possible to pack that house up in six days. You knew last year you had to roll. Get those kids, boxes, newspapers, bubble wrap, elbow grease and go to work. OR hire movers, but you're broke. Nevermind.
Who does anyone feel sorry for her.? Her kids YES.HER HELL NAW.. Instead of showing her *** on TV.. Why wasn't she more concerned with her family and worrying about how SHE was going to take care of her kids.. if the ex hubby wasn't doing his part..??? Why didn't she take his *** back to court then if he wasn't paying what he was SUPPOSED TO.??? ALL SHE DID WAS YELL *** SCREAM ON THAT SHOW WHAT A STRONG WOMAN SHE WAS AND HOW SMART SHE WAS.. I don't feel sorry for this pretentious h oe. She was so busy perpetrating a fraud and trying to live WELL beyond her means, she didn't have a belief that this *** would happen.
If you knew your husband wasn't paying the bills, then instead of trying to live in a 10,000 sq ft home, she should have moved out and bought herself a 3,000 sq ft one that was a little easier to afford to save herself and her child some embarrassment!
thats what happens to a lot of celebs when they get a whole lot of money they spend it like water on crazy things that they normally wouldnt just because they can this should be a lesson for all the celebs and anyone else who thinks that would never happen to them im sure sherree never thought in a million years when she was spending all that money on nonsense she would be homeless you would have thought she was putting money in the bank and saving what she got to show for it a bunch of designer clothes and a few pieces of jewerly that goes to show you how shallow she was

Unfortunately this is a prime example of what happens when women aren't conscious of their finances. Sheree managed to spend thousands of dollars on shoes and purses, and what good did it do her, she just got thrown out on her ***. If she was smart she would have sold that house years ago, bought a nice comfortable three bedroom home and invested her profit.

This is a sad situation. I think somewhere in her mind she truly thought she was going to get that "7 figure settlement." We can tell from the show that reality doesn't sit very well with her...it's sad that a roof over her kids head wasn't a priority to her of the ex-husband. The Real Housewives of ATL have turned into the Desperate Housewives...none of these chicks have true wealth...it will be interesting to see what this new season looks like...Bravo needs to get these people some professional help from someone like Suze Orman.

We women scream victim all the time because want the kids. If we want the kids and not the man then we have to take whatever the judge tell us we can have and get our own. I do not agree with it but that is the way it is sometimes.
Maybe she should have focused on spending her money on paying her bills instead of squandering all of it on overpriced shoes she wouldn't be in this predicament. most of the real housewives of atl are broke. kim (white chick) nene (realtor husband) and sheree. if u watch the other series new york, new jersey and orange county them mofos living some lavish, extravagant lives. atl, most of them was reg. bit/ches who caught (prefferably mouth, a s s or pus/sy.) a lucky broke. sheree loooked stupid as *** when she did a fashion show with no clothe deshawn coked up high *** thought she was going to make a million in a day for her charity. it was the coke talking. deshawn probli husband probli going broke now tht her husband is retired.
I believe that Sheree no longer lives in that house but I do not believe the explanation given behind why she lost the house. Didn't MTO report that Sheree was not getting a 7 figure settlement; she would get: $775K, child support, part of his pension, and the house was going to be put up for sale. Also, after the judge ruled in her divorce case, wasn't she supposed to move out of the house in like 30 days or some mess like that. She decided to try to invalidate the judge's ruling by filing with the famous "I'm too unedcated to work" in an effort to stay in the house longer.
I do not know why people live in the fantasy where: "if I marry a man with money (or one I think has money) and get divroced, I am going to get a ton of money." That is not necessarily the case especially if you sign a prenuptial agreement that outlines exactly what you are going to get in a divorce, or if the spouse is broke, or if he carefully hides his assets/signs things over in relatives names etc. If Bob was not paying child support how did the kids get taken care of. Sheree wasn't making any money. I think Sheree is lying.
Lastly, was it Bob's fault that her lawyers are/were taking her to court b/c she has not/had not paid her legal fees? I heard she was trying to stay on the move so she would not receive her summons (or what not). Also, I heard that during the taping of the show she was bouncing checks all over Atlanta. What did she do with the money Bravo paid them and those club hosting jobs she was getting?
boe whitfield took care of his children but money was not giving thru her. that why he let her keep the house cuz he knew tht bit/ch couldnt keep it. i wouldnt be surprised if tht shelia bit/ch was part of his camp to make her look like an idiot. and she still milking her 15 minutes by sending this *** in. any press is good press right i guess.
I ready on BuddyTV that Sheree was the one that took the appliances out of the house b/f she left. I think the gate is locked closed to keep her from taking things she had no business taking. Who really believes that Bob's mom was cool with Sheree or that Sheree actually went/or trusted her to give a helping hand. I do not believe anything Sheree says. I bet the grandmother is the one that braids that little girl's hair b/c from the looks of it, Sheree let those kids go around looking homeless. That is so sad I don't care how America perceive Sheree she doesn't deserve to be scammed. I was a Realtor in Atlanta for years and she would have at least 8mo to a year depending on how back up the banks were to live in that house free.
