1. Use proper feminine hygiene by wearing underwear during your cycle, whether wearing a tampon OR pad (cuts down on spreading residue to other clothes in the laundry - EWWWWW!), and the SMELL is NOTHING nice;
2. When entering/exiting a car, have someone hold a jacket in front of you if your legs have automatic spring-open action;
