: Two weeks ago Usher filed to divorce his wife of Tameka Foster Raymond – and now the bitter divorce battle is beginning.
In the initial divorce papers, filed in Atlanta court, Usher claims that the couple separated in July 2008 - 11 months after getting married.
Tameka's longtime friend Nyeisha DeWitt however - completely denies Usher’s timing. According to her, the couple separated in March 2009 – and that’s 19 months after the wedding date.
And why are the two battling feverishly over the separation date.
Well an insider tells MediaTakeOut.com that the couple entered into a prenuptial agreement before getting married.
And according to our insider, one of the terms in Usher and Tameka’s prenup is that if the couple separates in less than a year – Tameka would get next to nothing.
So who’s telling the truth?? We’re not sure – but we know FOR SURE that he’s made a number of very public appearances with Tameka – including the Presidential inauguration just a few months back.
Guess only time will tell on this one. But if Usher is lying on Tameka … that’s some FOUL ISH!!!

I believed they married for the wrong reasons, and other peoples opinions helped shaped the outcome of their realationship. Tameka I also think wasn't confident in her own self, and therefore sought to get the surgery that nearly killed her. I don't claim to have read/perused the pre nup, however, she would, generally, only be entitled to marital property and earnings acquired during the pendency of the marriage.

I cannot for the life of me believe that so many women have such hatred for another woman and am literally rejoicing because her husband dogged her out by leaving her without warning. Why are women so full of hate, jealousy, envy, and downright spiteful and feel the need to feel better about ourselves by tearing each other down. And, to say that Usher should not have married her because she is what you would describe, as being pretty, as if being pretty automatically makes a woman worthy of marriage and love.
At least Tameka was married to her children's fathers, unlike many women on the net who have children by various man and never had a husband and whose daddies don't pay an ounce of child support. And, what about these same women who have get up every morning and go to work after your so called man drops you off in your car that you pay for, so he can ride another woman around while you work all day to support his children and him, as well.
And for the record, Usher is not cute his *** self with his spade, forked nose and *** head. And, he is not a man of character himself. Look how he dogged Chili out, and she was what most of you would call a pretty woman. How a man decides to treat you has nothing to do with if a woman is pretty or not to others, but if he is a man of character to begin with.

Do you think that if Usher saw you in all your glory and your lifestyle that he would have married you instead of Tameka? It sickens and saddens me that women have such hate for one another, and we cannot pray for and lift each other up when we are going through, especially when a man is involved, but find some way to blame the woman. To read y'all posts, you would think that Usher is some great man who has had a root put on him or something.
