You cannot blend those light/dark colors, not colors from such opposite ends of spectrum without looking crazy. It always looks bad...ALWAYS. On any skin color, on any race. It's a horrible idea.

She's normally more put together than this. I don't like the 80's dress, especially with a white bra showing through. Her hair looks like Pepe LePew, and she looks like she gained a few pounds.
