She really needs to enlist the help of Jenny Craig, or some other nutritionist, because all that weight is very unhealthy. Leave the pork chops alone Miss Hudson, and try some baked chicken, salads w/low cal dressing, whole grains, fish and lean meats. Cut out your sugars: sodas, juices, cut out your white breads and eat lots of steamed veggies, drink lots of water and start exercising. Guarantee you will lose a significant amount of weight, and be much healthier in the process. Too many of our women are dying from heart disease, and it can be lowered with proper diet and exercise.

She got that tank top from Torrid dot com. I have it and after seeing her in it, it's going to remain in my closet with the tags on it. I didn't think their clothes ran that big.
