You'll recall that the Los Angeles coroner's claim (which was released before doing a toxicology examination - which is HIGHLY irregular) that foul play was "not likely" the cause of death.
And there's more. MediaTakeOut.com's insider claims that, while they're still waiting for results from the INDEPENDENT toxicology exam, so far it looks like foul play WAS IN FACT involved. Tells the insider, "We were told that it looks like it could be foul play - and that the toxicology results will come in next week. And that depending on how they come back, Michael was either MURDERED or someone did something to him."
The official Los Angeles coroner's toxicology reports are not expected to be out for another month.

Although I am awaiting to hear about for the official results of the final autopsy report to come out within weeks, i have a feeling that Michael Jackson was intentionally murdered. I'm glad the family had the 2nd autopsy. The LAPD, medical examiner have a past of shady, unprofessional work. If Michael did all the drugs the media says, he could not of been hitting those dance moves as shown in the final rehersal video. He was on point and in control of the live vocals too. When an autopsy is done on a body and the doctors can't determine an initial cause of death from examination of all vital organs then the chances are there would be other suspicious factors. The Michael Jackson funeral is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 7, at Los Angeles’ Staples Center. Sources tell me that AEG Live, which owns Staples and next-door neighbor Nokia Theatre, will use both facilities and the surrounding plaza.
There’s no official confirmation yet, but I’m told all systems are go.
Insiders also say that AEG will put gigantic screens outside the facilities for the thousands who will not get inside. No word yet on how ticketing will be handled.

I'm watching a very touching E! Special on Michael Jackson. He was such a handsome, gifted and talented young man who appeared to be in "bondage" all of his life. His musical genius is incomparable. In my opinion, it was an accident. A very tragic accident. I feel like it was a bad decision on the part of a doctor, and he'll have to live with that and possibly even pay for it. I'm sorry but I do not support or “love” Michael Jackson. Indeed he is amazingly talented and a musical icon. And it's sad that he passed but at the end of the day he is a pedophile! The 911 caller states “ we have a gentlemen here that needs help”???? Then the 911 operator states where is he? The caller then replies & states he’s on the bed!!! Well I thought Mike collapsed on the floor. That’s what was reported before. Oh and by the way as a health care provider on all levels... I don't care if your client has money or not before you administer cpr, you assess the person for a pulse, responsiveness & airway clearance once you determine the person doesn't have either you let whose ever around know they need to call 911 stat, then you immediately perform cpr. Your notifying 911 first in case the person doesn't respond to cpr that way you know you have back up under way. Other than that, the longer you wait the person is going to end up having serious brain injuries, comatose and all that. I want to know who the person was that made the original 911 call? Hmmm…how come the media didn’t interview this person yet? How come he hasn’t been identified? I think his statements would be more valuable than this nurse that’s getting paid to tell her stories…Just wondered. Just my opinion…
The first signs of someone addicted to drugs is when they start pushing those who care away. Michael Jackson was only surrounded by those who would not say no to him, and they didnt care either because it was a money thing with them. Now someone kept him doped up to get what they want. They did this very same process with Anna Nicole. ..no foul play..until after a toxicology report revealed more information and it went from there. It takes time. At any rate, no one killed Michael. He likely killed himself by insisting upon the sedatives that the nurse on CNN spoke about. Per her statement, He begged for this sedative and was willing to pay large amounts of money for it. She advised him not to take this sedative and even showed him the deadly effects of it.
The nurse refused him..and like most celebrities..he found a leach and a careless greedy doctor that was willing to profit, and use him for money, rather than care for Michael ethically. I'm certain it will be discovered that the black doctor on duty..gave him this shot.
