But I agree and you're right, they are technically still married and the wife still does have legal rights to anything they have over the course of the marriage. But the divorce can be filed with the court already just waiting for the grace period to expire. Legally he's doing nothing wrong. Morally, is up to a person's personal beliefs. Whoever was his divorce attorney handled him very well.
Hey I have been cheated on, but I placed the blame on HIM for letting it happen. He was an insecure, immature grown boy that wanted to have his cake and eat it too. I was doing right by him, but he did not appreciate me. His loss not mine. He on with the other woman. While they were engaged she cheated on him constantly and got preggers for someone else, left him and married the baby's father. When I saw the cancelled wedding invitation I laughed my behind off.
