Big deal. There's a twin here in the US that just learned to drive and probably in college right now, that's just like this two-headed baby.

This is a sad story but this was not at the fault of the mother or anyone else. Sometimes twins do not part completly and become conjoined twins in various forms.

The mother probably didn't look at the children as two, because she appears to be from India. Not everyone is like America - those people most likely are in the slums or poor and maybe never heard of conjoined twins or anything like this happening. They see one body with two heads - and think it's one baby with two heads.

There was 1 fertilized egg that didn't split completely into two, separate embryos. (hence, the second head) There is no other explanation, BUT conjoined twins. Look up fission and fusion.

This was not a 2 headed baby. It was a conjoined twin. There is no such thing as a 2 headed baby. Multiple birth is the only answer.

No,it's not "weird" as some of you have suggested, have you never heard of CONJOINED TWINS, formerly referred to as Siamese Twins?! This is not a TWO-HEADED BABY as reported here, it is actually a set of twins who were, for whatever reason, fused during in utero during their development, and had they survived would have functioned intellectually as two separate people. They were beautiful IMO, may they rest in peace...

@almasez Stuff like this happens is southeast asia alot because there are large amounts of people who are extremely poor...especially in Bangladesh, and though Indian has urban cities and access to hospitals, medicine, and clean water the majority of them are not allowed that privilege because of the cast system.
