Lebron James was supposed to be a featured guest at his fellow teammate's, Mo Williams’ basketball camp at Jackson State University this past weekend. ebron arrived at the camp 20 minutes prior to it ending and gave a 3 minute speech, shot a couple of free throws, and then he left.That is a dang shame …He didn't allow anyone to even take a picture of him, let alone take a picture with him. He didn't sign any autographs, didn't give one kid a hug, and yes you guessed it ... he didn't shake the hands of any of the 300 or more participants (ages 8-up) in the camp.
Mind you, each kid paid $150 to participate in this camp. The kids were so upset, that one kid age 11, was heard saying, "...I'm through repin' Lebron. He's a jerk, and I'm going find me a new player to rep.”

LJ walked in with his hands in his pocket and stood in the center of the court the whole time withthe children sitting around him not inter-acting with the children at all. undressingHER It is plain that you do not understand the dynamics of a pro ballers sport camp so the simplest explanation is they participate in camps as a way to help communities and spread the education of the sport as well as give kids who ordinarily would not have the chance to actually see players except on an electronic medium the chance to learn directly from their sports model. Taking pictures is a BIG part of any sports camp and an even bigger deal for those kids. When did you lose your sensitivity? Please go find it.
I was a coach at this camp and lebron did what he could wit such a big crowd he was limited to what he could do... It wasnt his camp he was doing mo a favor... If the parents would have listened and just sat their *** down and let him address the kids maybe he would have done more but he was always crowd. He took group pics wit all the kids and if a kids approached him he would shake their hand.

He didn't even give an interview to the local news stations about the camp. Sad to say but I know for a fact this true. My little brother and his friends went to this camp and they went just for Lebron James!! They were advertising it like he was supposed to be really hands on and involved so you know every child in Ms was trying to go see him. The kids were trying to act all hard but you could tell they were really disappointed.

Most of the children that attended the Mo Williams basketball camp were too young to know about mediatakeout. This was sent in by an adult that probably didnt get the attention she wanted from Lebron. His appearance helped to raise $100,000 dollars for those same kids. This years camp had more kids than it has ever had. Mo Williams keep doing your thing. Even though the camp cost $150 mo had to turn away applicants. Because most of the participation was to see the NBA MVP, Mo allowed the kids to see him for a $5.00 donation. You are a shining example of Down South humbleness and God's Grace.

I bet you majority of those kids that attended the camp were Black because if they were mostly white, I'm pretty sure he would not have acted like that to such a degree...There have been many instances where I've see Black athletes interact with young white fans where the level arrogance is almost non-existent...And yeah, he's prolly still upset that he didn't make the NBA Championship, lol...Was rootin' for Cleveland, however, it just wasn't your year!
