Jennifer Lopez's music and movie career have fallen off. At this point, she is soooo desperate to get back in the spotlight that she would do almost anything. Sorry, but Paula Abdul and her loopy self is just irreplaceable. It really doesn't matter because American Idol has run its course anyway. The show needs to end now while it is still on top.
I never got why Paula was there on the show in the first place. She was a successful pop star but how the hell can she judge a singing competition that SHE WOULDN'T HAVE EVEN GOTTEN PAST THE FIRST ROUND on herself? They need to find people who can actually sing. How about Jennifer Hudson, that would be one hell of a spin. Plus the contestants could actually relate to her.

I hope this is a rumor..I think that is a major downgrade and bad career move. Now that I think about it I think MTO is lying....she's trying to get back in the game and she's filming movies I DOUBT she has the time or interest to do AI. Her star is too big for that even if she has been out of the limelight for a while.
Jennifer needs to sit her azz down somewhere. No one wants to see her fakeness on a weekly basis. She is already overly exposed..and under talented in my oppinion. I think she needs to perfect those cheap azz flea market jeans that she scribbled her name on before she attempts to do reality tv and judge others. Her talent is much to be desired..other tnan acting...i could do with Jlo. lol I heard that they were considering Posh Spice. I would much rather see her...(that is if i even watch) .
Personally, I think this is going to be the rapid downfall of this tv show. It's been on too long and it's ridiculous how much money flks are making just for their opinion. With the country being in a recessive state, we ought to be thinking much wiser about how money is thrown at people for a day's work. Pauls or Jennifer -none have reached the level of perfection to judge.
I definitely think J-LO would be a better person to judge whether someone has talent or not than Paula. Nothing against Jennifer but when she first came out on the music scene people barely accepted her music but than again she has 48 million albums worldwide all I'm saying is that she may not be the best person to crtique anyones singing but you never know and we'll see how it plays out when the show returns fo rthe new season
It kind of unfair the way paula was passed on like that especailly the way she devoted her life to that show I remember when my cousin auditioned for the show how nice she was and very respectful. She was its sad cause in this society men are being paid more for doing less there's still an issue with double standers, I how she thrives in her future plans and any venchures. Paula didn't want 2 million and I don't blame her. They are paying Simon $144 million for one season. He was making $36 million and they gave him a raise. Why would you want to sit next to someone making a lot more money than you when you both are doing the same job. They should have given her a little more than $2 million. LOOK IT UP!!!!
