MediaTakeOut.com obtained an OFFICIAL copy of a probation report for Chris Brown. And that report, prepared by an investigator who interviewed Chris Brown, TOLD of the SHOCKING VIOLENCE that occurred in their relationship.
According to the report, Chris and Rihanna were involved in AT LEAST two other violent outbursts before Chris' arrest. And according to Chris – on at least one occasion – it was Rihanna who initiated the violence!!!
Here’s an excerpt from the report:
The first incident [of abuse] occurred in Europe about three months before the present offense. [Rihanna] and [Chris] were involved in a verbal dispute and [Rihanna] slapped [Chris]. He responded by shoving her into a wall.Here’s another excerpt describing an incident that occurred when Chris Brown and Rihanna were in Barbados:
The [Chris] and [Rihanna] were visiting Barbados and were driving a Range Rover loaned to them by a local dealership. They had an argument inside the car. Plus the reports show that the slap only ocurred dring the first altercation. The report also states that the second altercation occurred because Rihanna had punched the dashboard to the car and that made him come out and bust the windows on the car. The court has released the officer's report from the *** Chris Brown beat up Rihanna -- describing the entire incident in graphic detail.
According to the report, cops responded to a "screaming woman" -- and when they arrived, they noticed a "very upset and crying" Rihanna seated in the driver's seat of a parked vehicle.
Rihanna told the officer she got into an argument with Chris Brown over something that had occurred at an event they were at earlier in the evening.
"The victim said she became enraged and slammed both of her *** against the dashboard on the passenger side of the car they were in. She reported that the defendant then pulled the vehicle over and reached over her with his right hand. He opened the car door and tried to force the victim out."
According to the report, Brown was unable to shove Rihanna out of the car because she was wearing a seatbelt.
The report continues, "When he could not force her to exit, he took his right hand and shoved her head against the passenger window of the car. "
"The victim then faced the defendant and he punched her in the left eye with his right hand. He then continued driving."
"As he drove, he continued to punch the victim in the face with his right hand while steering the vehicle with his left hand."
Rihanna told cops the "assault caused her mouth to fill with blood and blood to splatter over her clothing and the inside of the car."
Rihanna told cops after Brown "stopped his first assault .. she looked in the mirror and saw her eye beginning to swell.
[Brown] looked at [Rihanna] and said 'I'm going to beat the [EXPLETIVE] out of you when we get home! You wait and see!'"
Rihanna told police she tried to call her personal assistant, but she didn't pick up -- but Rihanna says she "pretended to talk, saying, 'I'm on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there.'"
Rihanna says she pulled the act "because she did not want to get beat anymore."
But after Rihanna's fake phone conversation, she claims Brown "looked at [Rihanna] and said, "You just did the stupidest thing ever! Now I'm really going to kill you!"
Rihanna told cops that Brown unleashed a second wave of punches, "during which time [Rihanna] interlocked her fingers behind her head and brought her elbows forward to protect her face." He continued to punch her on her left arm, which caused a contusion on her left tricep.
At that point Rihanna tried texting her assistant. Brown threw the phone out of the car, stopped the vehicle and Rihanna then tried opening her door to get out, but Brown sped off and the door *** with Rihanna inside.
Brown placed Rihanna in a headlock while he drove, then bit her on her left ear. The car eventually stopped and Rihanna took the keys out of the ignition, and Brown began to punch her again in the face and arms. He placed her in a headlock and started applying pressure to her carotid artery. She couldn't breathe and began to lose consciousness. She tried freeing herself, and Brown bit her left ring and middle fingers and then released her.
Im not excusing what Chris admitted to but Rihanna ain't admit to her wrong doing in the whole thing. It is only fair that she take anger management too! The ONLY reason why Chris did not get jail time is because Rihanna admits to slapping him after an argument. The court had to take that into consideration even though it happen overseas and wasn't reported. The Probation Report carries a lot of weight during pre-trial hearings.

I just can't co-sign a man BEATING a woman under ANY *** *** of her having a weapon of choice on her, that she is launching at him. Even then, I'd like to see him use his male strength to wresle it from her. But you are right, neither of us knows the level of what happened. But common sense dictates that based on his lack of injuries and scratches, that it was not a FAIR fight. A REACTION to a situation should justify the outcome. This beatdown does not match his lack of bruising. Previous trist between them report that he has anger issues, and busted out car windows in a fit of rage when going at it with her. He clearly needs help.

the "for instance" situation you just mentioned reminds me of a time when I was young adult and still living at home with my mom. She was trying to regulate my life when I felt I was already an adult and we would go at it so bad until one day she slapped me. I swear I felt ready to start a fight!. Theres a myth that whomever INITIATES the call is the victim . Well her azz had started it. Okay, cops arrive, and take her statement , but noted bruises on my brother. DID they lock her up? Hell NO! They asked one of them to leave the home for the ***. So he did not play out as a victim in their eyes. WHY? Because she said HE hit her...and the law favors the woman, likely because of the unbalance.
IMO She's no saint, and I totally understood him shoving her the first time when she slapped him, but I don't get WHY he had to punch her repeatedly, in the face, in the body, bite her etc, to the point where her mouth and face were bleeding and swollen while he showed no signs of physical trauma when he was picked up and booked the next morning. We can clearly see who had the advantage. We wouldn't see professional boxing book a fight with a lightweight against a heavyweight because we all know what the outcome would be.

Honestly if a "fair skinned" person such as Robyn, sustained constant punches, slaps, bites, choke holds, etc., that leaked photo of her DID NOT substantiate it. There would have clearly been hand prints on her throat, extreme swollen black eyes, cuts, severe bruising from punches from Chris' very large hands/***.
I think the picture was shocking more than anything because we were so used to seeing a well groomed, heavily made up, “beautiful” Robyn bka Rihanna. The equally parallel knocks on her forehead were the most disturbing, but could not have been sustained as she indicated, from him pushing her forehead into the passenger side window. In order for (2) equally parallel lumps to occur, she would had to be facing the passenger door which at her height of @least 6’0 tall w/three inch stilettos, AN UNFASTENED SEAT BELT, in a very small two seated Lamborghini, isn’t likely.
I won’t get into the details of how he drove this high powered, STICK ***, sports car which requires both hands to control it, especially on the hilly streets of Beverly Hills, all while punching her repeatedly. Also I’m not going to address her calling her assistant as opposed to calling 911 for REAL EMERGENCY assistance. Dang, she must be brighter than that!
Overall, the LAPD did it’s normal shoddy job of from beginning to end of this investigation, which may be why the D.A. office was very reluctant to take the case in the first place. They had a weak case from the beginning with the only witnesses being Rihanna & Chris. With Rihanna refusing to press charges, their case got even weaker. The media moguls, gossip bloggers & condemnation of an uninformed public, extreme unnecessary brutalizing & demonizing of this young man, based on a one side of a two sided story, the D.A.’s battle was virtually won. Chris’ honesty, feelings of guilt & willingness to “man up” for his role in this altercation, sealed the deal on his fate.

I kinda figure rhianna wasn't innocent maybe she's been hitting him all alone and he got fed up with it and started hitting back.
