I don't know if ya'll realize it or not, but realtors always say dumb [EXPLETIVE] like that to try to get as many bids as possible. They'll say it's fallen out of escrow just so potential buyers will move quicker to make an offer.
I seriously doubt that Rihanna and her people went into escrow on a house without having enuff funds available. That makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE!

Rihanna doesn't need to buy a house that big...A house isn't a investment right now, especially in California, Florida, and Georgia...these states have the highest foreclosures in the country. Plus, the banks are not lending to customers, Most banks took that stimulus money and purchased other banks...Anyway, Just cause you have 30 million in the bank doesn't mean you should go buy a 10 million dollar home. The maintenance, taxes and up keep of a 10 million dollar home is ridiculous. Paying taxes on my own home isn't pretty and property taxes in my state just went up. GEEZ!!!
If Beyonce gets 15 bags a month, I'm certain Rihanna at least gets 10. She may, in fact, get more because up and coming designers might consider her a better investment as she wears such eclectic (but not necessarily good, IMO) stuff. So, shes's not paying for all the stuff she wears. I'd say she pays for maybe 70% of it, which still comes to abouta good 40-50K a month on clothing.
