Former Nets star Jayson Williams cried in the courtroom and insisted he was broke Wednesday before he was ordered to pay his estranged wife the $200,000 he owed her.All you groupies and jumpoffs should take notice. These sports dudes are a BAD INVESTMENT!!!The boo-hooing basketballer, who made $87 million playing for the Nets, insisted he used the last of his money to pay the mortgages on his three homes in South Carolina.
"I don't think I had $150,000, but it is gone," Williams said on the stand during a Manhattan Supreme Court hearing.
He clearly has some emotional problems from everything that has gone on in his personal life and career so let's hope he doesn't attempt suicide over this court ruling. If this man is really broke then he should consider selling two of his homes since he can only live in one at a time anyway. 4u2.com

he probably made more than that he was already getting paid by the Nets&76ers before his bigass contract and he got paid from that cause marbury's bigole head broke his leg and had to retire early but insurance paid his *** then he went to work for NBC doing games he made alot more and his bumass had a construction CO.
@MSpatti1- I feel that. Shackles and chains has been replaced by MONEY that these po' Negro athletes can't seem to get enough of. Little do they know that their riches means NOTHING. And should they fall broke or injured, Uncle Sam will make sure to get his money. Every negro athlete that screwed up either financially or lost popularity has FALLEN BY THE WASTE side.
