MTO, you guys are taking Jay's comment out of context..Jay was clearly commenting on the fact that he is happily married right now, and he and his wife Beyonce have a philosophy of sharing all that each other owns. Unless their prenup says differently, however, that concept is not LEGALLY binding. Each state's law differs..but generally, as a legal matter, property acquired before marriage is exempt from being split during a divorce. If Jay and Bey were going through a divorce, trust, errybody gon be claiming the stuff they owned before marriage (again, unless the prenup says something else)!
