Obviously, the cameraperson was not the only one who realized that something was amiss in this situation. (Police Officer is there) I hope the parents got locked up IF they left this child alone. Before we all pass judgement (judge not, less you be judged) all we see is a child and a cop. We don't know the whole story however, it is a crime for this child not to have on clothing and not have supervision. God have mercy!
This disturbing but any event I am greatful to see that this was not an African American child left unattended, we have been scrutinized enough .Whom ever this childs parents are will face some serious jail time, this is unexcuseable what mother and father leaves their child naked at burger king who does that if this not a case of neglect then, this child needs some medical attention fast before he becomes a convalescent and starts killing folks by the numbers.
I don't think if a child has some type of issue a parent would not notice obviously someone put him in the diaper so what do you suppose is going on, I. People should be ashame of themselves treating their children this way. If they don't want kids they should keep their legs closed, wear condoms, use spermicicde, birthj control pills,and get a vasectomy/histerectomy. If they can't afford them then put them up for adoption. That simple. There is no reason to mistreat/abuse a child.

And autistic and some other mentally disabled children have a tendency to "elope". Many of them are as strong and capable of opening doors and locks as other children, but dont have the mental capacity to understand danger and keep themselves safe.
