Its a cute outfit, sans the boots, but it doesn't seem like enough for an awards show, even a raggedy EBT awards show.

Had she have scrapped those god awful boots, maybe went with a pair of Channel Booties, or some of the Louboutin Circus Cutouts,or some Balmain's, went with a black top with more embellishment preferebly on the shoulders, and had the skirt in metallic, or hell even a black and white stripe-the outfit wouldve had a bit more glamour.
