IT'S FOR REASONS LIKE THIS THAT I AM A PROPONENT OF GUNS. GUNS ARE GOOD IF USED CORRECTLY. IT'S YOUR RIGHT AS AN AMERICAN TO BEAR ARMS. THE SUPREME COURT JUST MADE IT CLEAR IN IT'S RECENT DECISION ON THE 2ND ARMENDMENT. IF I HAD A GUN, I AM SURE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN DIFFERENT. I AM NOT SAYING I WOULD KILL ANYBODY BUT THE POWER OF THREATS ALWAYS WORKS. DETERRENCE.

THE SECURITY GUARDS ABUSED THEIR POWER AND THEY SHOULD ANSWER FOR IT. I HOPE THOSE STUDENTS CAN FIND GOOD REPRESENTATION. A GOOD LAWYER WILL SEE RESTITUTION AND DEMAND THAT ALL INVOLVED ARE FIRED. THIS IS ABUSE OF POWER AT ITS BEST. I AM REALLY MAD...
ALL THOSE *** NEED TO BE FIRED AND PROSECUTED. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO BEAT, ABUSE, THREATEN WITH A WEAPON, ASSAULT, BRUTALIZE, MAME, KILL, RUFF UP, OR STRIKE. THOSE STUDENTS NEED TO RISE UP AND TAKE IT TO THE HEAD. DON'T EVER TAKE SOMETHING LIKE THIS LYING DOWN. OUR ANCESTORS GAVE UP TOO MUCH FOR THIS TO GO DOWN. THIS REALLY UPSETS ME THAT INDECENT FOLKS CAN END UP WITH A BADGE, AND BE BACKED BY THE LAW. WHEN THEY REALLY *** BE HOLDING SUCH POSITIONS. GET THEM THE F--- OUTTA THERE. THEY SHOULD NEVER WORK IN SECURITY, LAW ENFORCEMENT AGAIN.
I see an angry crowd, someone being jacked up in the bathroom, a gun being pulled by security, people screaming someone did nothing, someone else being jacked up outside the bathroom, and someone left in hand cuffs!!! What was the reason behind all the madness!!? Students vs Security and the truth!!!?

It is already hard enough for black students to stay in school, but to be threatened and assaulted is a no no in my book. I would not send my kid to that school. It is a university not a prison, and the kids do not deserve to have weapons pointed at them.
Somebody needs to answer for this kind of behavior by the Campus.."Police"...There was NO reason to brandish that weapon...suppose he had accidentally dishcharged that firearm and killed somebody's child?...He needs to have been put on report for that!...The reason the kids were trying to get that door open was becoz those cops were in there beating on that kid!...You could see it, if you peered into the bathroom when the door WAS open for those FEW seconds..Their awful..You can see in their faces that they think they're ABOVE the law!..smh

One of our viewers sent us this footage. This is how they are reporting it "i attend florida memorial university and on october 19,2009 we had 4-5 security officers using excessive force against a student and not only did he use excessive force but he pulled out his gun on the students, waved it in the air when there was NO imminent danger! mind you his gun was a semi-automatic, he could have touched the trigger slightly and it could have went off and *** an innocent by stande. Security guards locked the student in the bathroom where he was being hit excessively but you cant hear it due to the large volume of kids standing outside of the bathroom, and from my understanding that was the security guard jumping on the student from the back. the moral of this story is that the officers all came running after this student, instead of calling a lieutenant, so all of them left their post to go after a kid with a bag of weed which is a simple write up! there was 4 security guards against that one student locked in the bathroom and at no time was a lieutenant called, word on the street is that they all will be fired due to the incidents that occurred and not following proper protocol!"
YEA! THAT'S COLLEGES FOR YA. I HAD BIG FUN WHEN I WAS IN. YOUNGSTAS, YOU MUST DO COLLEGE OR SOME KIND OF REAL CAREER TRAINING. JUST A J.O.B. WON'T CUT IT. SO, GO GET IT!

Security guards don't make hardly enough "MONEY"! They are on these college campuses for a reason,because they are NEEDED. It was obvious that they had some kind of situation in the men's bathroom that required attention and they couldn't have people coming in and out especially when they get ready to write that report out and start naming names. And instead of of them moving along in the hall some idiot kicks the door in the man's face. Students living away from home for the first time and won't listen to nobody. No gun was needed,but when people start wildin anything can and does happen!
