But assuming it's Ne-yo, with all the gay rumors about dude ... we gotta wonder ... is he trying to tell us something SUBLIMINALLY!!!
Everyone is saying that this song is probably for a female singer which it could be but i interpreted it differently. One part of the lyrics is "she said through the tears that she cried that she knew how i felt when he kissed me" and that she died a little because it was everything she thought it could be...
maybe the song is about the girl explaining to him that she cheated on him and found a new lover.
anyway even without the song, I think he's bi and why the f not- there's a lot of hot people in hollywood, male and female!!

MTO, the man writes songs for people. Men and women, he's written songs for other women as well- I'm sure you all knew this. What about the Dream? He writes too, what about the other men in the industry that have written songs for women? so i listened to the song briefly, it sounded like a man was finally realizing he was *** after some dude kissed him and was coming out to his girl. and although she was hurt she claimed to already know. I couldve just came up with that b/c of the implication that neyo is ***. I'm probably just hearing things. I tried to flip it around from the female perspective and it didn't make sense. But then again he could be writing a song for an openly *** artist. Maybe adam lambert (thats the idol dude right?)
Could be a subliminal message, but like most of the people are saying, he is a song writer. So I agree with them that the song is probably for someone else. I really luv Neo's music. I feel if an artist wants to do them, do it! However, decide if it's about the art or money. If u decide for the art; u alienate a HUGE group of peeps; therefore, the cake is cut. But see, a song writer can express themselves more, & play with the lyrics. Get ur cake stacked. Ne-Yo writes SONGS for people, both male and female and like a LOT of producers/writers, he SINGS the song himself and then submits it to an artist he had in mind. THIS song just happens to be about a man kissing a woman, which CLEARLY says that he wrote it for a female.
