I'm not a fan of all the colorful makeup, but certainly it wouldn't look right if it's just blue EYELINER on the bottom. Maybe she was at the begining of the makeup application process and wanted to see how the blue liner looked on the bottom. If she balanced it out so the upper lid overshadows the bottom I'm sure it'll look 10x better. Hopefully she didn't go out like this tho.

I know we all see people looking worse than this everyday. I don't like the eyeliner either but is it really necessary for all the extra hate and name calling. People saying she bleaches her skin and everything, if you read some of the comments on some of these threads that's probably why. On MTO its always something wrong with somebody.
I don't agree with some commenters saying that Trina is not cute. She is a natural beauty. She doesn't need to be all EXTRA with her look (fake contacts, heavy makeup and elaborate wigs)...but maybe that's just her personal preference. Whatever the case is I still say....homegirl may be tacky but you can't deny that's she's pretty.
