: EDITOR'S UPDATE - It appears that Katt may not be BONKERS after all. We've gotten reports that he may actually own the penthouse at the Four Seasons.
MediaTakeOut.com learned that comedian Katt Williams is making news again. Dude appears to be having some mental issues - and is reportedly delusional.
According to a local Atlanta TV station Katt Williams claims that he OWNS a luxury penthouse at the Four Seasons in Atlanta. And that when he tried to go to his apartment, they kicked him out.
What's the problem with Katt's story? Well according to the Four Seasons, Katt DON'T OWN SHEEEEEET!!!
Here's how the Atlanta Journal-Constitution is reporting it:
The comedian told 11Alive that he recently bought a penthouse at the Four Seasons and had rented seven rooms for seven nights.It is a very sad thing, but it's becoming MORE AND MORE obvious that Katt suffers from some SERIOUS mental illness. Unfortunately too many of our folk ignore the signs."I haven't been here 72 hours and I'm being kicked out of the Four Seasons even though I paid up front and in cash. I don't understand," Williams to the TV station.
"I'm at the point now where I'm standing out here with millions of dollars in movies and TV specials sold and most of them done right here in Atlanta," he said. "And to be ceremoniously dismissed at a hotel is sad."
Hopefully the press (especially the Black press) won't try and spin this into something else and will call it like they see it. We need to start having an honest dialog about mental illness in the Black community.

I think there is alot going on with Katt Williams that isn't being brought to the light. Even that 911 phone call was suspect. It didn't sound like a 17 year old to me who was talking to the operator, it actually sounded like Katt Williams (in a more softer sounding tone) to me. Whether it's substance abuse or mental illness Katt needs to get some help.
What you are seeing is a bipolar manic episode in Katt Williams. When Britney Spears had her meltdown before she was hospitalized she also got kicked out of the Four Seasons for saying she was a guest there and acting erracticly and was BANNED. People that are bipolar all do the same thing when they are in an episode go to hotels, make up stories, become paranoid everything that Katt Williams is doing is out of the textbook for a bipolar manic episode and no different from Britney Spears she would go to hotels and gas stations everyday before she went to the hospital.
If he paid in cash that's the biggest mistake right there. No way to trace the payment. Yet, if he had paid in credit card they can trace the purchase with a receipt copy and even if he was careless and lost his copy they would have the credit card purchase on file so no telling. If it is mental then unfortunatley some people just can't handle the pressure and publicity and still keep a peice of mind
I do not believe this man is crazy or mental. Tell me something that he actually did which is crazy. If not, this is all gossip. I mean the last situation was cleared: a teenager lied on him. His statement is too articulate for him to sound crazy. So, why is someoen trying to sabotage his career or life?
First of all when you pay at Four Seasons or any other five-star hotel, YOU GET A RECIEPT. If they try to put you out; you present your evidence and they have to let you back in. UNLESS OF COURSE, you are guilty of committing some heinous act like destroying hotel property or a murder or assault and in such case your money would be refunded. So the fact that he says he paid smells like b.s. to me. Could very well be mental or drug-related...either way Katt step it up. Handle your biz.
and on katt willams getting arrested there is a man that lived on the property he was on by the last name of hankerson who owes katt willams 1.5 million for some new movie he is doing and he wasn't alone he went there with his boys so like i said im thinking he did pay for the four season but that incident with him getting arrested i believe they keep you in custody 72 hours wen he got out they just probably kept his money

It looks like comedian Katt Williams getting kicked out of the posh Four Seasons hotel was all a big misunderstanding.
According to one of my sponsors who lives at the Four Seasons hotel in midtown, Williams is back inside his residence at the hotel (he just spotted him in the elevator). It seems Williams really does own a penthouse on the 47th floor of the hotel/residence.
And he really did rent 7 rooms at the hotel for his friends just as he told 11 Alive News last *** after getting the boot. Williams and hotel security verbally sparred when he caused a disturbance in one of those rooms. The disturbance spread to the lobby and Williams was asked to leave. So why didn’t the hotel management know he owned a penthouse on the 47th floor?
As my friend and sponsor explained to me, “there are two different managements in the hotel. There’s the hotel management and the residential management. The hotel management was not aware that Williams owned the penthouse on the 47th floor.”
Williams must have paid for the rooms in cash because when the AJC inquired about him staying there, they had no clue. A spokesperson for the hotel side of the Four Seasons told the AJC that he was not aware of the incident and “had no record” of Williams staying at the hotel.

Turns out that after the media checked out Katt Williams story they found that he does own a Penthouse in the Four Seasons (Fox, Ch. 5 Atlanta). Because the hotel and the residence portion of the hotel both have separate management, the hotel security thought Katt was lying and put him out. Btw, Katt did rent 11 rooms in the hotel section of the Four seasons for his friends and that's where the altercations took place and his problems began.

It is quite common for celebrities to book rooms under alias names...which could explain why they have no record of him. Also, did you all FORGET that he paid with cash? There is no way of tracing his payment. These white *** tried to take advantage of Katt. He can NEVER prove that he paid. You all failed to mention that the hotel said that he was loud and disturbing other guests., which acknowledges that he was there. They may very well have used this as an excuse to kick him.out., and keep his money. And with no record of him,(due to him paying cash) they are able to get away with it! Think about that possibility, instead of putting the brother in a mental institution. Why would he make that up?One of our news stations here in Atlanta stated that he did in fact have penthouse space.So, the hotel , in my oppinion tried to pull a fast one. They wanted him out , and used the fact that he paid cash as an outlet to ignore him as a tenant. azz holes.
I'm not a Doctor so I can't Diagnose Katt with anything...I'm not God so I can't Judge him and I wasn't with him when he did these things so I don't really know what happen...What I can say is I like Katt as a comedian he is a funny man he makes people laugh and that is one of the best things a human bean can do...If he does have a drug problem Its his life I won't judge him cause everybody isn't perfect and if mental illness is the case I pray he gets himself together I just wish he would do more Acting are Comedy stay busy and stay out the news.
I saw a follow-up story about this incident on one of the television stations here in Atlanta, and it turns out Katt Williams does indeed on a penthouse @ the Four Seasons...hopefully MTO will post an update/retraction since this story has made him look so bad. Nobody is perfect and hopefully everything will work out for him :-)

MTO, does anyone of the staff have a PhD in Clinical Psychology to diagnose? I doubt it. Everyone who shows emotion does not have a mental illness. He responded calmly and rationally to the incident so wtf are you talking about? If anything, he has probably been "skiing" a little too much. Some of this staff needs to be diagnosed.
