For the edification of those who don't know any better, there are more Africans living in Brazil than any other country. They are not of Hispanic descent and they are not Spanish. Portuguese has it's own language, cultures, mores, characteristics and everything else and is not Spanish. I thought people knew this by now. Their culture is not Hispanic, their culture is a mixture of African and European that has nothing to do with Spain. Brazil has always been different from its Spanish speaking neighbors and it remains unique and different to this day. Romania is always a Romance Language but the people of Romania are not Latinos. Latino is a political term whereby Spanish speaking people try to lump all people from that geographical area into the same box, but it's not true.
