Synthol isn't "new" it's been around since the 90's and it's sold under the guise that you use it as posing oil.

@MAnthony it's also NOT A STEROID. Do you know what a steroid is?

Synthol It does nothing to to the muscle but fill the arm with oil. No enhancement beyond a physical one is obtained. No effects on the muscle itself.
