: MediaTakeOut.com learned that police have yet to speak with Tiger Woods since the accident. As we reported to you on Friday, Tiger got into a car accident while leaving his home at 2:30 AM on Thanksgiving night.
According to TMZ, prior to the accident, Tiger was assaulted and while he was fleeing, she busted out the back window of his car.
The police were unable to interview Tiger immediately after the incident and have been trying, since yesterday to get to him. But reports are that his wife is not allowing the police to interview him.
We hope Tiger is OK. We've seen enough episodes of SNAPPED to wonder whether it's safe to leave him in that house with his wife....
We all know that she caught wind of a story that some gossip site posted about him cheating (I'm not going to call any names but their initials are MTO)and she confronted him and they got into an argument and it got heated so she hit him while he walked away.... I don't think its right because had it been him hitting her, it would have been all over the news... Ladies, if you can lash out and hit a man out of anger, then I feel like he can hit your *** back... it should be expected!!!I don't agree with the female or the male hitting the opposite ***!!! This woman is acting like she's above the laws...police need to go over to the house and interview Tiger, weather or not she likes it and this she take her *** to jail. I'm sorry but this situation should have nothing to do with Tiger's ethnic background/race...who cares? Of COURSE she is keeping them away. She committed a crime, and given that she allegedly used a deadly weapon (golf club) that crime is a felony that could hold serious jail time. Reports are that she came after him with a golf club (assault with a dangerous weapon) and busted out his windows as he got in the truck to get away (malicious destruction of property). Both felonies. Until a different story comes out, that sounds and looks like felonious behavior to me.
Tiger has a spousal privilege not to testify against his wife so we aren't guaranteed to hear any other account, especially if he wants to stay with her.

Greekness ....I am not a police officer (just a lowly attorney) and I do not profess to KNOW Florida law, but I do know that the facts lend themselves to a possible case of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE...As a former PROSECUTOR, I can say that I have seen people arrested and indicted with less evidence...and sometimes without the cooperation of the alleged VICTIM.
