Yeah these teenagers are growing up waaaay too fast. I was in the tattoo shop last weekend and it was a lil chick in there getting a tatt, she couldn't have been more than 14. And check it, her dad was there with her signing for the ***!! Like, why the hell would you sign for your minor child to get something that she'll have the rest of her life? Life decisions are made by ADULTS.
