: MediaTakeOut.com has some very SAD NEWS to report. Movie producer Tyler Perry's mother, Willie Maxine Perry, died yesterday.
Ms Maxine Perry had been ill for many months and she finally succumb yesterday. She was a schoolteacher, a strong woman and a great mother to Tyler and his siblings.
She was 64 when she passed. Tyler's camp did not specify what ailment killed her.

My condolences to Tyler Perry I know he really loved his mom and when you become as successful as he has become you really look forward to sharing your success with your MOTHER. Some ppl make you just wonder how they living? Is there ANYTHING in life more difficult than losing your mother or your child? How can anybody be so disrespectful? Regardless of how you feel about the man, HE LOST HIS MOTHER! If you have nothing comforting to say, SAY NOTHING AT ALL.
To the Perry family, my consolences. Pray to the God you know. He is a comforter in times like these. Although the pain is horrible, this too shall pass. We are proud of you Tyler, so I know she was.

When I found about this yesterday I literally started crying right there on the spot! Oh man, this has to be so hard on him and I feel so bad that I couldn't be there to confort him in person. He surrounded by his loved one's so its alright!
I loves me some Ty man the only hope I could offer him was that his mom is in heaven and experiencing peace that we down here cannot even begin to phanthom, and that she's no longer suffering in pain! Praise God for that!

Anyways, i have lost my mother when i was young and i know how he feels, especially if your close to them. it hurts like a knife. My condolences to the Perry family. I lost my grandmother over a year ago and she was the glue that held my family together. She is my angel and i love and miss her dearly. I will pray for the family. Tyler, honor your mother by keep on with the Madea movies and plays. You make black folks proud. Much love!
