: Jay Z and Beyonce look to be officially leaving New York.
We told you weeks ago that Beyonce was on the verge of signing a $300 million dollar - 3 year deal with Las Vegas' Wynn casino.
Well now we hear that the deal is all but completed. And that if everything goes according to plans, it will be announced early next year.
Under the terms of the deal, Beyonce will have to perform two to three times a week at the casino. And that means that her and husband Jay Z will have to set up a permanent residence in Sin City.
They're not wasting any time doing so, either. According to our insiders, Jay and Beyonce are house hunting looking in Vegas as we speak. They even looked at one 10,000 square foot mansion just down the street from boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr.
It will be kinda strange having Jay Z living in Vegas instead of NY. Now that Jay and Bey are going to play house together, it shouldn’t be long till there are some little Bonnie and Clydes running around.

I wanna go 1 whole day without hearing anything about these 2. It just makes me sick (I'm sorry but I'm hatin). These two just make so much money, and all the folks I know that are grindin to make a living for their families are broke. I know I'll never see a fraction of the paper they make, and I work hard. I mean what did we all do wrong that they can afford anything this planet has to offer, and most of us reading this website are 1 paycheck away from loosing it all.
