: MediaTakeOut.com just received some SAD NEWS. NFL wide receiver Chris Henry is clinging to his life. According to police, he suffered SEVERE head injuries in connection with a domestic dispute with his fiance.
Here's what went down. According to KYPost.com, Chris and his fiance got into a "domestic situation" at their home on Peachtree Road. During the dispute, his fiance reportedly got into his pickup truck and drove away from the residence.
But as she was pulling off, Chris jumped into the bed of the truck. At some point, Henry fell from out the back of the truck and landed head first on the pavement.
He was later found on the pavement. Homicide detectives are investigating the case, generally they are not called unless the victim is NOT LIKELY to survive his injuries!!!
EDITOR'S UPDATE: Chris Henry was declared dead this morning.
Such a *** shame!!!! She has got to pah for this. Let's see how the public and the legal system handles this. This is the same sh@$ that would have went down with Chris B and Rihanna had he not protected himself while driving. F that don't hit females ish. It is reported that she was weaving back and forth, an attempt to deliberately throw him from the back of the truck, also it is not a good sign, even though he's an NFL player, when the investigators arrive on a scene so quickly (preserving any and all evidence and fresh memories of any witness). It seems that he can't catch a break, I pray that he recovers from any injuries that he has!! If any of you believe for one second that the female in questioned will do any jail time, then you all must be new to American, or new to earth itself.
Women in this country do not share the equitable penalties for the same crimes, as their male counterparts.
This is a statistical fact.
There has been a great disproportionate number of female executions, compared to the number of male executions in this country.
In this particular unfortunate occurrence, the female in question will undoubtedly proclaim that she was in fear and in flight for her life. Whether this is indeed what took place or not does not matter in the eyes of the judicial system.

this is a sad story and i hope he gets better and that this isnt a fatal incident. Come people Im pretty sure this was an accident. Seriously how many of yall get into an arguement with your mate and just want to leave. I've done it plenty of times. Instead of it leading to a physical fight(me being the one who want to kill him,lol) I just grab my keys and leave. She is not a killer nor should she be put in jail. No matter what the fight was over the fact is that this young man is dead. And for what??!! A fight!! Something they BOTH could have prevented for the sake of their children. I said I would not comment but you know some of these comments are just absolutely crazy. Chris is my 1st cousin and this is a REALLY hard time for our family. You would think that some people would have sensitivity when it comes to the death of someone but it just proves how cruel this world can be. Chris' perception in the public was indeed NOTHING like the person we knew as a family. He was a loving, genuine person with a good heart. He loved his family, his fans, his teammates and most importantly his children. Please pray for our family as we try to cope with Chris' passing.

I used to date chris and we have a beautiful daughter together and I miss him so much and I still love him very much. I must warn you chris was going to leave that ugly *** wanna be fiancée of his. He didn't love her and was going to leave her, he wasn't going to marry her at all. He just wanted to raise his children right and just wanted to be there for them. Chris and I talked about getting back together and getting married and rasing our daughter together. U and ur family are better than me because if I were u I wouldn't have let her speak at his funeral or even allowed her to be at the funeral at all since she's responsible for his death in the first place!!
