: MediaTakeOut.com just learned that rapper TI may be getting out of prison SOONER than expected. While he's scheduled to be released from prison in March 2010, our snitches tell us that he may be getting out in time for Christamas.
In fact, our snitch claims that they're working on getting dude out TODAY!!!!
We'll let you know when we get official confirmation of his release. Good for him and his family. But are we the only ones that find it ODD that dude is getting THAT LITTLE time in prison, after getting caught with all them machine guns....

I don't care how much money you got, if you get caught doing something on a federal level ain't no way you are getting 9-12 months for machine guns and you are a felon. POINT BLANK. It has been Black men past and present who had hundreds of millions and had the best lawyers money can buy and did at least 10 years plus. Snitching is not looked down upon now by this younger generation, it is encouraged. Anytime someone commercializes the "stop snitchin" campaign you know it is fake and a facade. You even have the majority of women feeling sorry for snitches and having their babies.
And Black people wonder why our community is messed up when snitches are celebrated, given hero's welcomes, and the red carpet is laid out for them. I don't know TI but a Black man in amerikkka is not going to get off and he is a felon. Plaxico had a clean record and got two years. Vick too. I could go on and on. The cycle will continue until we learn to restore morals and values and start to police our own communities.

Anyways, I've been a fan of T.I for like 5/6 years now .. I was a much bigger fan then, not so much now but I'm kind of happy he's getting out soon. Even though I hate the fact celebrities get barely anytime in prison while other guys who commit the same crime are in there for years/life.

Not surprised. If you go back and read all the reports, he was going to serve less then 12 months. I think the reports was about 10 months. So this isn't shocking.
I mean Wayne won't serve 2 years. He will probably get out in a little more then a year if not sooner.

yeah, as much as we love T.I. let's be clear on one thing, there are a lot of black men getting locked up really quick for reasons undeserved and deserved. we all know that this case is extremely rare for a black man to serve such a *** sentence based on his fine....is the justice system only for the elite?
i love t.i but idk why people keep coming up with these rumors that he snitched and that he getting out early. when they sent him to PRISON that was his last chance to tell if he had anybody to tell on, which he didnt because everything he had was his and only his. and him getting out early has to be false because he has to serve FEDERAL TIME, there are no ifs ands or buts. cant get out early on ferderal charges. he has to serve a maximum of 1 year and a day. if he is gettin out it must be a miracle but i doubt it! cant wait unti he is released on MAY 27, 2010
