If it is the place he calls home its very nice, luxurious, state of the art, contemporary and I could go on and on about the the style and stunning views, but what's the point if none of it brings him peace or happiness in his personal life, because he's always on to the next female. Maintaining such a MASSIVE estate is wasteful when he has no one to share it with, he's rarely there except when he's hosting his own parties and all his children live with their mothers & have other lives in other places in the world but in the end I guess it will be a story to tell in his AUTOBIOGRAPHY.

A LOT of wealthy people lease items such as cars, houses & raggedy b i t c h e s like you, its nothin new sweetie. You speak a lot about his personal finances like you tryna get on to be one of his baby mamas! Lots of people both wealthy and poor don't technically 'own' their homes, its call a mortgage, you know? A big *** loan that the bank gives you until you've paid in full which 4 the average homeowner can take 30 yrs.

very nice.however.the problem is most of these so called ballers buy houses in areas where when their money flow stops.they can't possibly pay the property taxes and up keep.not hating by no means cuz i'm happy to see young brotha's get paid.but fact of the matter is.78 percent of nfl/nba players go broke with in 2 years of getting out of the game.and i would think it would be the same for rappers once their services are no longer needed.then.throw in all the *** children wayne has and it happens even faster.i'm just saying.its a vicious cycle that i'd like to see us better manage!smh
I must admit- the HOUSE is marked by flawless craftsmanship,beautiful,ingenious, elicate, and elaborately executed! The baby grand piano alone, would have been enough for me to spend hours, and hours playing. However, if you continue to look, the HOUSE is sparse - looks as though no one lives there - and therefore lacks the human touch, plants, anything that is life and therefore in my opinion , is not a HOME. I wonder if this is place he is having a hard time selling because of the overwhelming stench of weed!?
Why are ppl talking *** about this mans house when you know half of all live on section 8 and just received their eviction notice b/c you didnt pay your $20 part of the rent. It's nice and I'm glad he made it. But I would really like to see more of these young celebs reach back with their resources. Not just the money, but the knowledge they've acquired along the way. With all the money being pumped into sports and entertainment largely dominated by blacks, there is no way young black, particularly urban children should lack the educational tools and supportive community resources that they need.
It's ok not over the top like I expected for someone like lil Wayne. I guess everyones taste is different. Its too stark with all the white and the kitchen isn't grand and up to date the stairwells are way too narrow. Too much white furniture and I like a fresh modern look this house didn't have that. I was not impressed

The house does not belong to any rappers or ball players. What you guys are looking at is a house that has been staged for showing and leasing. LOL!
