Umm I think by "FIRST PICS" they meant this picture is the first picture released of the baby .. not that they have the first pics - obviously they know they don't seeing as they copy and pasted the magazine cover picture.
This is ridiculous .. this is why I don't like the Kardashians. The baby was like just born and Kourtney already has the baby's picture on a magazine cover .. anything for money I tell ya. They're so annoying .. I wish WEBSITES and magazines would stop featuring these losers.

Hopefully she will settle down and be a mother, instead of continuing to b. s. with scott. He's not ready for fatherhood. She's the oldest of her siblings, which means she should be an example to her sisters. The youngest girls, are gonna be slutty too. Their parents have not tried to raise them w/ any morals.
