"The Tyra Banks Show" may be over, but her former employees have only just begun to spill about what it was really like to work on the CW gabfest.And we hate to break it to you TyTy, but it's not all good.
"There had been high turnover of employees for years," a past crew member says, insisting that many people quit after just a few months because it was "pretty difficult to work for Tyra."
"She and the higher-ups on the production staff could be extremely brutal," the source says. "She really is a diva."

Why would this be news to anyone? Most strong assertive ambitious successful women get this title affixed to them. Smh. The diva problems aint worth the money she could have made in the future if it ever got to last more than 10-20 yrs. But I think I like everyone else believed that her show was just a hobby for her. I could never watch a whole show. She always did something that made me wanna change the channel.

It's a damned if you do damned if you don't situation. Either she runs a tight ship or she get's ran over by the ship and considering being a boss of a corporation she has to be involved with the day to day operations which means a bunch of different personalities she has to deal with, because succeeding of failing all rides on her shoulders. People are effed up and most bosses are a Btich when it comes down to it... I mean *** bosses are stressed out people who have to make all these decisions and I dont think she was working for friends.... geeesh too bad she was about her paper and she was a very brutally honest person but she had faults also trust.... but whats funny is that she always seemed a little *** to me even in higher learning so too bad yall are mad but she is still Tyra banks... and she has been a good influence on young girls everywhere so do not take that from us
No surprise here...when too many people say the same thang there is some truth to it..superhead said it in her 2nd book..everyone who dealt with her on ante say it...u see how fast her supposedly didn't care about weight azz made a fool of herself crying cuz she was called fat..also on the old show punked she told a 'fan' to stay 50 feet away using a very mean tone b4 she realized it was an actress..and u DO NOT have to be mean to be successful..oprah is very nice and genuine when u meet her!
Tyra already had that reputation, but that didn't stop they azz from going down there to work for her! So who fault is it really? Even a regular average job, there is always a bit@h that's the boss, if knew that particular company treat there employees like sh!t and I carried my azz down there anyway to work, then why should I be surprised when I start being treated like sh!t also, all that is apart in research you do for a job before you apply!
blackmuslimgirl-she is by far NOT a billiionaire. that would put her in the likes of oprah, bill gates, etc. she is a millionaire but i guarantee you she will not go any further in her career than that. she lacks the intelligence to ever have the business accomplishments of any billionaire. she got lucky with the bright idea of ANTM, & made plenty of $$ modeling but her demise was that talk show. she showed how REALLY stupid & fake she is. she needs to stay behind the scenes or ONLY talk about modeling. she is 2 much of an idiot to be out there talking about sh*t she is not educated about.
I don't equate the word 'diva' with a female bing a bytch. Tyra Banks is no diva - but she probably could qualify as a bytch. Unfortunately, she has lost touch with not only who she really is, but how to deal with people around her. I wonder how she stayed in the business so long. I "do" know one thing - she has had her fair share of rejections and hurts, and perhaps she has not been able to deal with any of it responsibly. Personally, I'm glad to see her show gone. She was not much of a hostess in my opinion and enough people have talked about how phony her shows were. I "DO' believe that.
