@angelaheiressnyc yall americans need to do your research lol yall have the most cases of herpes and styll dont know that cold sores come from hsv-1 thats a form of oral herpes so any time u see some one with a blister its herpes, blisters turn to soars end up looking like what she has on her lips millions of Americans have it so no sense running from it lol...lucky to be in toronto lol ...but on the real any one can get it dont bash the girl.
@tweetybird3: 1st of even though I reside in NYC I'm not North American but I do know that a cold sore is a form of herpes but that doesn't necessarily mean that it's sexually transmitted neither. That's the misconception many have. I've had fever blister & it had nothing to do with it being sexually transmitted.
So in Canada ppl don't suffer from cold sores/fever blisters/herpes like that? Is that what you're saying?
I think a lot of these female celebrities catch those herpe blisters, because throughout their everyday life they wearing some sort of lipstick or lipgloss and they don't give there lips a chance to breathe from all that, so when they finally do get some me time and not wear makeup they lips tend to be very crusty and dry like and that's how all those scabs, cracks, and herpe blisters start forming.
It's not a herpe bump from an (std) it's just comes from having dry lips. Cold sores are also consider being a herpe bump....when I went to medical school they taught us about different stages of herpes. Cold sores, and blisters that forms on the lips have a common medical name which is called herpes...but that's just stage 1 of herpes, which can be cured with blistex, carmex or some sort of lip conditioner.....so it's a herpe that totally innocent. Rihanna have them all the time.....but think about this though....she's always wearing lipstick or some sort of lip balm or lip gloss....
@Browngoddess....to each it's own....I'm lightskinned and I'm a very down to earth person who believes in treatin' people the way I want them to treat me. WHO the hell told you that shyt. Herpes simplex I, II WHATEVER CANNOT BE CURED BY BLISTEX, CARMEX, LIPCHAP OR WHATEVER CHAP YOU WANNA USE. It is a virus, and it means you have it for life. You get outbreaks on occasion. Hench the words flare up. That is just like mono, the kissing disease, caused by the Epstein Barr Virus, you have it for life.
and yes cold sore's are a form of herpes, but you can contract the [EXPLETIVE] WITHOUT sexual intercourse. A person can get herpes from sharing eating utensils. Y'all some dumbasses. Most people who get cold sores have been getting them since childhood, before they were actually sexually active. It's a virus that harbors in your body and becomes active in periods. Millions of people have it so before you're quick to judge someone maybe you should get off the computer and go get checked or some [EXPLETIVE].

Lol 80% of the population?? Are u sure? Last I checked 1 in 4 people are carriers so if I'm doing my math right that would be 25%.
