: MediaTakeOut.com just received some DISTURBING news. An 18-year-old Massachusetts teenager is accused raping a 5-year-old boy whom he babysat.
Here’s what we know. A 5 year old boy came forward and told police that Nehemiah O. Gonzalez, photo’d above, forced him to perform oral sex. Police immediately apprehended Nehemiah and during the interrogation, dude admitted to detectives that he assaulted the boy.
If convicted, Nehemiah faces 10 years to life in state prison. But with good behavior, he may be out in as little as 3 years.
Two questions, first, is it smart to have an 18 year old boy as a babysitter??? And second, 3 years is a VERY LIGHT sentence, why doesn’t some state implement the DEATH PENALTY for these child rapists????

Why fault the parent? They trusted that the child would be safely cared for. They didn't leave the child home alone. No one knows what precautions or looking into his background that the parents did. I personally would not feel comfortable letting anyone babysit my child, whether it's woman or man. Because of the way things are with people, it is hard to trust anyone. Personally, I wouldn't let any teen watch over a someone elses child. It's not written in stone that all young folks are capable of molestation, but why risk it? I worked in a facility for juvenile sex offenders for 3 years and I could'nt stomach the stories. Those who molest, have been molested themselves. Therapy is a must, but may not be a cure-all. A strategy used at the facility was a random mock simulation of the particular act the juvenile committed. It was a tactic to make the offender feel remorse. I don't have the infinite answer, but the death penalty isn't the answer.

My little cousin was 2 yrs old when she got raped. Her mother let her friend's boyfriend watch the 2 year old for an hour. When she bathed her daughter letter that evening, she noticed the tearing. ^ i agree with your statement though. my aunt isn't a h*e but she was kinda desperate for a man which resulted in my cousin (who was 10/11 at the time - she's 14 now) getting raped by my aunts boyfriend a couple of times. my aunt kind of knew but didn't say or do anything about it.

Child molesters aren't homosexual they are pedophiles their is a difference. That being said children are also raped by men and women. This is not exclusive to men. A babysitter murdered a little baby in Massachusetts and her punishment was to get put on a plane back to her native England. Now she practices law over in England and the fact that she murdered a poor innocent baby is nothing more than a faded memory to most people.
