I got a degree and job that I've held for the last 10 years. I work day and sometimes *** to provide for my family. I just want a nice size house and 2 cars (1 for me 1 for my wife). Some people have been blessed to have it like this... I ask myself "where did I go wrong". I try not to be a hater, but life ain't fair in a lot of ways. Oh well.
It's actually kind of artistic, but also defintely eerie. These 'jewellers to the stars' know that there are plenty of ignorant 'new money' types who want everyone to know that they layed out all that money for these pieces. That thing is not worth half a mil., but I'm sure when they named their price there wasn't much haggling going on. That guy was robbed without even knowing it.

I'm going to play devil's advocate for a minute even tho I agree the chain is ugly; Some of y'all in here talking that he wasting his money he should invest in this or that blah, blah, blah yet y'all make 40 grand per yer and drive a 40-50 grand car. If you think about it, your/we are just as stupid as he is when we look at what he bought compared to his salary and what you or I bought compared to our salary. Dude been making millions for 6 or 7 years now. The same way he could've invested that extra 500k you or I could've bought a much cheaper car and invested the 15 grand or more we saved!
@albow71. I get your point, but 40K after taxes isn't enough to blow anyone's mind - even if they don't have financial discipline and live above their means. The real problem comes in when we don't have a sound plan in the event we get or make a windfall of money - money we can bathe in. What this man does with his money is his business, but this 1/2 million dollar purchase makes me want to shake my head.

There should not be any justification for purchasing a 500,00 dollar chain when people are starving and without *** in this society, poor excuse and a total waste of money.
