: MediaTakeOut.com learned that yesterday, Rick Ross’ baby's moms Lastonia Leviston filed a lawsuit in New York claiming unauthorized use of her name or image as well as emotional distress caused by the public release of the tape she made with a lover in 2008.
The lawsuit claims that 50 Cent posted the video on his Web site in 2009, after blurring out the lover's face.
The video, which she is suing over, is the one where 50 was providing COLOR COMMENTARY while she and dude were getting it in!!
LOL At that pix of 50cent LMAO.... Y YALL MAD AT HIM??? He can only do what b*tches allow him to do, she made the tape so she knew it a possibility some1 like him could put it out!!! yeah you have to admit rick ross is still around unlike ja rule. Not a fan of 50 but I'm sure he covered all bases before he released and commented on that tape. I'm sure he has a dream team of lawyers backing him up I don't see this going anywhere. We'll be hearing "settled out of court" for this case.
Did she know the camera was rolling or was this private moment violated? Thats the question. When you *** in front of a camera it could wind up on anyones screen. Dont think I would ever make a *** tape and if I got that drunk and did I would watch it with the partner I made it with and destroy it right after. This way I KNOW it wont get out!!!!!!!

It doesn't matter how long it took her to file the suit. If 50 didn't have her permission to use this tape then he'll have to pay her it's as plain as that. Maybe the dude that was in the video sold it to him. Now if that's the case 50 my be good. When you think about it, that might be why you could not see the dude's face....because he's the one that sold the video to 50. We'll find out sooner or later, but that's a definite possibility. 50 had to have checked with his lawyers 1st about this so he's probably good!
