Here’s what happened. The 22 year old woman and her 25 year old boyfriend went to a party at a friends house. While there, she got EXTREMELY DRUNK and so she and her boyfriend decided to spend the night.
At some point during the night, the woman felt someone taking off her drawers. She immediately got into it, believing the person taking off her drawers was her boyfriend. The women then allowed dude to have sex with her, doggy-style, so all during the act she was never able to see dudes face.
After the act was over, dude walked out the room. And when he did, the woman got a glimpse of him and realized that the man she was having sex with was NOT HER BOYFRIEND.
Police are now actively looking for the assailant, who is described as a white male 5-foot-7 and 140 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. If found, police intend on charging dude with FIRST DEGREE sexual assault, which carries a maximum penalty of 20 YEARS IN PRISON.
Yeah right! He won't be found and they won't be charging nobody with nothing! She needs to change her lifestyle and stop drinking and sleeping in strange places, perhaps get a boyfriend that cares more about her well being. While this is a prime example of why folks need to leave that devil water alone when they are in mixed company, it IS rape because she didn't consent to have *** with dude. She was under the misguided impression that she was having *** with her boyfriend and not the man in question. Stupid yes, but he's still at fault. You can't just hop on board and take a free ride without asking first. But folks are right that's something shady. Where was her man while old boy was getting it in? What I don't get is how people get that sloppy drunk. Even at my drunkest, I've been aware of my surroundings and capable of coherent thought. I don't want to blame the victim, but at the same time folks need to grow up and learn to control their alcohol. You know when you're two seconds from being lit and that's the time when you put the drink down, grab some water and try to sober up.
I am shocked at how many women think it is her fault, but mostly the men say it was the guys fault. Women, this law was set in place to protect us. Every woman who has been drunk and think it is the woman's fault, that't saying that everytime you get drunk it give a person the right to do what ever they want to you. Rape you, steal from you whatever. Being drunk at a party is not a crime. Finding a drunk woman passed out and putting you *** inside her is. She thought enough about her safety to not drive home drunk, so why would she put her life in danger by having *** with a stranger.
The law was put in place for this exact reason. Intoxicated people cannot think clearly and they can become victim to others. Think about it, who wants to have *** with a drunk/passed out stranger besides a pervert or rapist...Where was her boyfriend, he was drunk to and thought they would be safer at their friend's house than trying to drive home drunk.
