First - There has not been a constitutional since 1992 (which had nothing to do with habeas). A president cannot unilaterally amend the constitution in any way, as that is a legislative function. Second - Civil War era Lincoln was the only president to totally SUSPEND (not take away permanently) habeas. In the Military Commissions Act of 2006 Bush suspended Habeas ONLY for those judged to be ENEMY COMBATANTS (terrorists) of the US, not a wholesale suspension against civilians.
Therefore unless you think you're going to become an enemy combatant any time soon, habeas still applies to you.

The Military Commissions Act WAS the executive order, it did NOT amend the US Const. You cannot amend the constitution through executive order. No way, no how, never ever can the US Const be Amended unilaterally. That Act was later overturned by Obama's own executive order which now gives enemy combatants back their habeas rights (hence the pending closing of gitmo)

So u saying he removed it from the constitution is wrong. It is the second time in our history that it has been done (Civil War Lincoln was the first) but it was never done through an amendment through the constitution, because Congress would never approve that. Your problem is that you're misstating the PROCESS and overstating the extent of the suspension. It didn't apply to everyone and it was not done through the constitution.
Also, this is not a matter of "doing research". While you may have overheard this misinformation in some independent news source, this is actually my job. I'm a few months from being a lawyer and I work with people seeking habeas relief in the US Supreme Court. I don't need to research what I'm already trained to do, every day of my life.

U wanna preach the bible, but when this southern bapist/catholic throws sum scriptures up in ya face u have nothing to say.
