No it wasn't a tie. Toya is cute and all but Nia was the baddest hands down, outfit and all. I agree about the worst pics but Keri would've been on point if she fixed that twist - bang and Kyla always been a little chunky in the middle. Precious' hair looks beautiful. Her outfit was nice but the shoes look cheap. I'm glad they covered her arms up. Now all they need to do is cover those swollen pig feet she has.
Don't get me wrong. I love Nia's sense of fashion But, sometimes her wardrobe can look a little Wet Seal'ish... She looks like she's dressed for a club.
