That secret society is no joke. They promise you fame and fortune but once you get in and realize what they are doing to your people you change your mind. Once this is done they slander you. They make your life a living hell. They try to set you up to make you look like a junkie, molester, rapist etc. Tupac and many others went through it.

I amthe biggest Michael Jackson fan on this website (not including any family members that may or may not go on)and absolutley none of these things came as a suprise to me because everything that these guys said Michael has said at least one time in his much to *** life, in public but i do appreciate these guys telling lesser fans this!
I'm a huge MJ fan. Black people were more loyal to him than his white fans here in America. But it was plenty of black people clowning him while he was alive. You had black people talking about that he was pedophile and his plastic surgery. I heard many black comedians make jokes about him. A lot of failed him while he was here. That's why I say we got to support our current black entertainers better. This white entertainers get support and they're far from perfect. But it seems like us black people are harder on our celebrites. I say we need to show love to our own people while they're here.

Some of you believe anything. "I still feel he was a pedophile." "MJ did the deed." You base this off of rumors. You look at him and say "yup, he's weird, so he probably did do this." Research is your best friend. How'd the FBI find NOTHING if he did it, after 15 years or investigation? Also, it's not secret that MJ was straight. He did have women, and some have told, it's just that media outlets won't report on it. Y'all need to get on some boards and read what some of these women have said. Mike was REAL! Now I don't give a *** about OJ, even though I don't see how he could have killed TWO people as violently as they were killed ALL by himself, but your post stated that "OJ and MJ did the deed"....I gotta drop some knowledge about MJ's cases. The man was innocent....plain and simple.
Many people assume MJ was guilty of the 1993 charges because of the settlement. Understand that there were 2 cases pending against MJ during that time.

The CIVIL charges were filed before authorities even knew anything criminal had supposedly taken place. The CRIMINAL case was pending because authorities needed enough evidence to take to the grand jury. MJ's lawyers filed a motion to stall the CIVIL case until the CRIMINAL charges were filed since MJ had never actually been charged with any crime at that point. Their motions were denied. Now at this point, MJ was on his Dangerous tour. His handlers decided that the best way to solve it would have been for him to settle the CIVIL case.

MJ did NOT want to settle the CIVIL case but knew that if he lost the verdict could have been used against him had the CRIMINAL trial taken place. If you understood the law, you know that CIVIL and CRMINAL trials are different in that only 51% of the jury needs to agree on a verdict in a CIVIL trial. ADD to that the fact that the prosecution would have been privy to MJ's defense had a CRIMINAL trial been held. As I stated before, MJ was on the Dangerous tour when the allegations became public knowledge.

Had he cancelled his trial, he stood to owe a LOT of sponsors a hell of a lot of money. This is why the settlement was paid for by his INSURANCE COMPANY. In the settlement neither side admitted any wrong doing and terms of the settlement were for "global negligence" which could mean anything. Upon learning that the settlement had been reached, MJ was livid because he felt that this would be looked at as an admission of guilt by his fans.

But his lawyers and his closest friends KNEW that MJ could NOT withstand a lengthy trial, whether civil or criminal, because of his fragile state. If you remember that far back, MJ was dealing with unfounded allegations, a world tour, AND an addiction to pain killers. When the CIVIL settlement was reached, it DID NOT prevent the accuser from testifying against MJ in a CRIMINAL trial.

Now, the authorities ransacked 2 of MJ's homes, forced him to submit to a humiliating search of his genital and anal region, questioned over 200 hundred witnesses, including ex-employees and relatives. They even told parents that their children had been molested when the kids swore to their parents and authorities that nothing bad had ever happened, even going as far as lying to the kids by telling them they had been molested too. Evidence was bought before TWO grand juries but they could not indict MJ because there was no smoking gun.

The authorities didn't have the evidence they needed against MJ and by the time the settlement was reached the accuser had stopped cooperating. They knew the only way to get charges filed was his testimony, which he adamantly refused to give. It's safe to say that the biggest piece of evidence against MJ would have been the photos the authorities took of his privates. If they had matched the drawing the accuser had given to authorities, you can be sure that criminal charges would have been filed, whether they had the accusers testimony or not.

The second trial was full of contradictions by the accuser and his brother who was supposed to have been a witness to the alleged molestation. I'm not going to get all into it but Chris Tucker proved this family to be liars when he testified that the family was seeking MJ out during the time that they claim they were being held hostage by MJ and his associates. They even returned to Neverland TWICE during the time they claimed to being held against their will.

Also, the accusers brother contradicted himself too many times on the stand when testifying to what he witnessed in regards to molestation. Not to mention the fact that the entire family defended MJ after the airing of the disastrous "Living With Michael Jackson" ***. It's also interesting to note that the SAME players from the 1993 allegations were involved in the 2005 allegations. Something didn't seem right about that to me.

I know I've posted a lot about this but like any fan of MJ, I HAD to know if he did it. But the more I studied, I'm CONVINCED that MJ was exploited...badly. The man was innocent from the door. I've read every trial transcript, every book (whether it was a book against MJ or in his defense, the latter of which there are not very many of), went through hundreds of pieces of "evidence", magazine articles, etc. THIS MAN DID NOT MOLEST ANYONE.

The only thing MJ was gulity of was going against a societal norm when he stated that sharing your bed with a child was the most loving thing you can do. People will say that MJ said "I like to sleep with young boys" so that has to mean he was guilty. That statement NEVER came out of his mouth. If you remember from the Martin Bashir ***, MJ adamantly stated that when the boy slept in his bed he slept on the floor.

Personally, I would not allow my son to sleep beside any man unless it was his father. Also, I have a problem with the fact that the parents of the first accuser accepted money from a man they claim molested their child. There wouldn't be enough money in the WORLD that would keep me from making sure the *** was put in jail for what he did. And I wouldn't give a *** how famous he was. To me, that meant they were only out for money. Plain and simple.

Untruths about MJ began as far back as the Thriller years when he started to become bigger than even the Beatles and Elvis. People in the industry began to turn on MJ when his popularity began to far exceed those of his white counter parts. They needed to stop a black man from becoming that big. Elvis and the Beatles were great but MJ did with ONE album what they did with tons of albums. Hell, MJ bought the Beatles catalog and married Elvis' daughter!!

To end this post, I would like to say that I've LOVED MJ ever since I started walking. I don't give a *** what anyone says about his sexuality or anything. But I will defend him when someone calls him a child molestor because it's simply not true. I say, read the FACTS about the trial. Look at the character of the "victims' and their parents. Children will lie when they know it will please their parents. MJ suffered at the hands of greedy individuals out for a payday. Sad!! R.I.P. MJ!!!
