Hey girl :) Yeah, you're right about not damaging our young girls' hair, but I think that's Sy'Rai's real hair. (It might be pressed or flat ironed, IDK) lol. I've seen pictures of her and her hair kind of favors Kimora Lee's daughters' hair, except it's not as curly.

@zienhicks: I'm well aware of the fact that black folks hair can grow long,healthy & strong as long as it's given the proper treatment/nourishment however there are many black parents nowadays unfortunately that insist on either chemically straightening their little girls hair or add extensions/weaves. But if this baby's hair is all hers? then awesome..my mistake.

I always battle ppl on here for saying ppl's hair is a weave because its long, but i agree with you. That looks like weave hair, not permed black girl hair. You can tell when its a weave a lot of the time. Aaliyah's hair looked like real hair for example. Anyway, I hope it was just for the photoshoot.
My daughter gain weight at one time...I gave her more water, fruit, veggies and monitor her diet and snacks...She back running like a track star slim and trim its puberty....Us parents just need to be aware and watch our children more.

Everyone does not put weave in their children hair. However, if the child needs weave to look better then use it. Appearance means everything in life. Some people need to stop being such hypocrites.
